If a LL does not have 10 unique skills to unlock, then this mod starts them with thematic and useful skills.
EG Kugath only has 9 unique skills, so the mod starts him with 1 point in his blue line 'Corruption' skill to lorefully represent his character.

A 'pure' version is available that ONLY grants unique skills to LL's.
