This will effect the game for the players more gains Xenon and Khaak, since the player will be able to build more ships in the same amount of time.

This mod also reduces the time by half, for the following components in the ship building processes:
Ships
Shields
Engines/thrusters
Weapons/turrets

Player shipyards with lots of builder drone will also be able to build more ships at half the time and make a lot of profit from this.
