Recommend setting:

I'm here to announce that I made a remodification of this mod. It's a non-conflict version that can be used as an overlay to vanilla or other custom made bottom HUD.

@Dook you can't, just ask the creator, or maybe edit or remove the "TARGET_HEALTH_BAR.layout " Media\UI\MENUS\INGAMEMENUS\TARGET_HEALTH_BAR.layout (or make your own)
