Chapter 1: Part 1
These are the missions in the 1st chapter of GTA IV. These all take place in Broker, although some will require you to go to Bohan.

The cousins Bellic
This is the first mission in GTA IV. This mission is straightfoward. You must, after watching the cutscene, simply drive to the 'Mansion'. This mission will show you the basics' of driving as well as showing you Romans' cab office and your 'mansion'.

It's your call
Roman introduces Niko to his girlfriend, Mallorie. Vlad Glebov then enters the cab depot and warns Roman to pay his debts. After the cutscene, drive Roman to the hardware store on Dillon Street, where Roman is going to try and win some money. Before going into the store, Roman leaves you with his old cellphone and asks you to call him if any Albanians show up in a beige Willard. These are the people he owes money to. Remain stationary in the car and look out for the Albanians. Approximately a minute later, the Albanians show up and park their car on the pavement opposite the hardware store. Access the menu on the cellphone and call Roman to warn him. Roman escapes through the back door of the hardware store, but the loan sharks soon become aware of his presence. Your task is simple - lose the loan sharks and take Roman back to the cab depot to complete the mission.

Three's a crowd
The Albanians you met in the previous mission have arrived at the cab depot to roughen up Roman. Niko arrives and teaches one of them a lesson. The Albanians flee. Roman receives a phone call from Mallorie, who needs a lift at Hove Beach with her friend. Roman asks Niko to do it as a favour to him.
Take Roman's cab and pick up the girls at the Hove Beach subway station. Park in the yellow marker and sound the horn to attract the girls' attention. Mallorie introduces you to Michelle, and recommends that the two of you get together some time.
Take the girls back to Michelle's apartment on Rotterdam Hill. Michelle seems interested in Niko, and invites you to give her a call sometime. Afterwards, Niko calls Roman to tell him about his date, and asks for some advice on clothes. Get to the Russian clothes shop on Mohawk and buy some new threads.

Bleed out
The Albanian loan sharks have Roman cornered. You need to go to Garrett Street and rescue him quickly. When you arrive, a short cutscene will take place, and afterwards you need to beat up Bledar and Kalem. Once the two men are down, approach Roman and a second cutscene will begin.
During the cutscene, Roman spots Dardan - another loanshark - trying to make a run for it. Get in Roman's car and chase Dardan. Eventually, he will abandon his car at the Twitchins Sugar Factory near the bridge at Charge Island, so you have to follow him up the stairs and into the factory. Follow the on-screen instructions to disarm Dardan and steal his weapon. Kill Dardan, get back in Roman's car, and then take him back to the depot.

First date
This is your first date with your new girlfriend Michelle. Before the cutscene begins, a "relationship tutorial" is given, which shows how different friends and girlfriends have different likes and dislikes, and each friend will offer a different reward for maintaining a good relationship.

In the cutscene, Niko suggests going to the carnival, but the carnival is currently closed because they're turning it into "some Las Venturas-style theme park." Go bowling instead, and play a 5 frame game with Michelle. This particular game is free, but in future they won't be.

Once the game is over, get in Michelle's car and take her back to her apartment on Rotterdam Hill, to complete the mission.

NOTE:Do NOT attack police or hurt Michelle or destroy her car. Doing so will fail the mission.
Easy fare

Vlad is at the depot waiting for his money, but Roman isn't present. While Roman is away, Vlad tries to persuade Mallorie to leave Roman and go with him instead. Niko and Roman arrive, and Roman reveals that he still doesn't have the money he owes to Vlad. He tells Vlad what Niko did to the Albanians, and Vlad says that as long as Roman doesn't pay, he will need to do some favours for him. Meanwhile one of Roman's regular customers, Jermaine, needs to be picked up.
Get in Roman's car and pickup Jermaine at Rotterdam Hill. Jermaine wants you to take him to Masterson Street. Park in the yellow marker in the alley when you arrive, and some cops will show up. Drive out of the alley and lose your wanted level, paying close attention to the flashing circles on the radar. You need to stay outside of the circles for a few seconds without being seen by the cops in order to evade the wanted level.
Once the stars are gone, take Jermaine to Gibson Street, where you'll be shown how to use the Pay 'n' Spray feature.

Bull in a China shop

In the cutscene, Vlad states that he isn't a man to be messed with. He is angry because some old man who runs a china shop in Dukes hasn't paid him in months. He wants Niko to go to the shop on Camden Avenue, and scare the old man into paying his debts.
Walk into the yellow marker outside the shop, and watch the cutscene which follows. The man refuses to pay the protection money, and tells Niko to go away.
Go around the corner and pick up a brick (which is represented by a green blip on the radar) which you can then use to throw through the shop window, to indicate that you mean business. Make sure you are throwing at the window and not at the door, because the door will not break! To finish the mission, take Vlad's money back to him at the Comrades Bar on Hove Beach.

Hung out to dry

Vlad says that after the last incident at the china shop, somebody else is refusing to pay protection money. This time it's a guy at a laundromat on Masterson street, so Vlad wants Niko to do the same thing again and scare him into paying the cash.
Enter the laundromat and the man will try to escape. Follow him through the back door and hotwire the car that is parked outside. Chase the shop keeper and ram his van until it stops. Eventually he surrenders, and agrees to pay Vlad the money.
Niko calls Vlad to confirm that the situation has been dealt with. Vlad tells you to meet him back at the bar for some more work later on.

Clean getaway
During the cutscene, Vlad invites Niko to go for a walk with him. He's unhappy that Roman hasn't paid him his money yet. Vlad snorts some coke (given to him by someone called Mikhail) before going on to describe the details of your mission. Vlad needs you to get a car that is parked in the projects by E.I.C. subway station in Dukes. It's a silver Blista.
Get to the subway station and wait for the train to arrive. Steal the silver Blista Compact at the destination, and make a getaway before the two people can stop you. Niko calls Vlad to inform him that the car has been successfully stolen.
Since the car is dirty, you need to take it to the car wash on Tutelo Avenue, before taking it to the lockup on Tulsa Street. Drive Jimmy's car into the garage to complete the mission, and then call Vlad to inform him of the situation.

Chapter 1: Part 2
Ivan the not so terrible

Vlad reveals that someone called "Ivan" is planning to rob Roman at the taxi depot. Vlad set this up so that Niko can kill Ivan (because he has angered Mikhail, Vlad's boss) and say that the death was due to a failed robbery. You need to go to Roman's taxi depot and intercept Ivan.
By the time you get to the depot, Ivan is already making an escape. Chase him down and make sure you don't lose him. Eventually he stops the car, and escapes into a construction site on Kid Street. Use the ladders to chase him through the construction site, and then jump across the rooftops until he reaches a dead end.
At this point you have a choice - you can either kill Ivan or choose to save him. If you decide to let Ivan live, he'll give you an extra mission later on in the storyline. Killing him does not prevent you from getting 100%. Niko calls Vlad - regardless of what decision you made - to tell him that Ivan was killed.
Did you kill or save Ivan?Let me know in the comments!

Jamacian heat

Roman wants Niko to pick up his friend "Little Jacob" on Oneida Avenue in South Slopes. Park beside Jacob, and sound the horn to attract his attention. Jacob wants you to take him to Schottler and act as protection while a deal goes down. He gives you a pistol and asks you to help "if anything bad goes down."
Go to the lookout spot and crouch to stay out of site. This will also make your aim more accurate. Select the pistol, and watch over the deal. Three men arrive and begin shooting at Little Jacob. Kill the three enemies (which are represented by red blips on the radar) and then kill the shootist on the roof to your left.
If you aren't familiar with how the combat system works, pay close attention to the instructions on-screen during the mission. Once all the enemies are dead, take Little Jacob back to the Homebrew Cafe and stop in the yellow marker to complete the mission.

Uncle Vlad
Roman becomes aware that Mallorie has been having an affair with Vlad. Naturally he's upset, and Niko wants to go to the Comrades Bar and deal with him directly. Go with Roman, and look for Vlad at the Comrades Bar in Hove Beach. Roman is reluctant to do anything, because he doesn't want to get himself into any more trouble than he already is.
At the bar, Niko warns Vlad once again that he should stay away from Mallorie, but Vlad doesn't care. Kill Vlad's guards (two of them) and then follow him through the back door of the Comrades bar. Get in the car with Roman and begin chasing Vlad. If you let him get away, the mission is failed, so stay close to him and be sure to take the same route that he does.
Vlad crashes his car under the Algonquin Bridge, and attempts to escape on foot. Niko tells Roman he's going to "finish it", but once again Roman is reluctant and begs him not to do anything (where would the fun be in that though?). Execute Vlad after the cutscene to complete the mission.
After the kill, Niko reveals his motivations for moving to Liberty City. He explains that when he was in the army, they were on a mission to kill a squad that had been killing innocent people, but it was never done because someone betrayed the group. It was a setup, for money. Twelve of the group died, and two (besides Niko) escaped. One of the two survivors lives in Liberty City, and Niko wants to find him.

Concrete Jungle

Little Jacob wants to go for a drive. Get in a car, and take him to the apartment block in Willis. Stop in the yellow marker and let Little Jacob get out, then drive to the rear alleyway. You need to waste the three drug dealers who exit the back of the building. The easiest method is simply to run them over.
Once the dealers have been eliminated, go back and collect Little Jacob. Now take him to the town house in Meadows Park, and go to the front door and take cover. Kill the drug dealer who comes down the stairs, and then move over to the window. There are three more drug dealers inside, so try to kill as many as you can through the window before moving inside the house.
Go inside with Little Jacob and finish off any remaining attackers. There's a first aid kit on the table if you require any health. Finally, take Jacob back to the Homebrew Cafe to complete the mission.

Crime and punishment

Roman is hiding in a dumpster because he believes he is being followed. An attacker hits Niko over the back of the head with a gun, and the two cousins are kidnapped and taken to "the boss". Two new characters, Andrei and Dimitri, torture Roman and Niko in Mikhail Faustin's basement, in order to get them to talk. They demand to know who Niko is working for, but Niko refuses to give a serious answer. Faustin comes down and shoots Andrei unexpectedly, and then shoots Roman in the stomach in order to keep him quiet. He agrees with Niko that Vlad was an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and asks Niko to do some work for him. The only reason Faustin wanted Vlad around is because he was "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ his sister," apparently. Dimitri tells Faustin they "have a buyer for the TVs."
After the cutscene, a cop car will pull up at a house a few doors down and the cop will exit the vehicle and leave the area. Take his car. Niko calls Dimitri for further instructions - there are three vans in the area, and you need to find them and pull them over before they reach their destinations. One of these vans has the TVs that Faustin wants, and you need to find out which one it is. Pull over each van separately, and approach the driver at the window. The driver will get out and show you what's in the back of the van. Once you have located the van with the TVs, pull it over and one of the drivers will start shooting.
Steal the van and take it to the lockup on Concord Avenue to complete the mission. Afterwards, Niko calls Dimitri to inform him that the mission was successful. He then invites you back to Faustin's home for some more work.

Do you have protection?
Faustin is snorting coke, and he's becoming dillusional as a result of it. He's angry because Dimitri treats him like a little child, and he's determined to do everything his own way. Dimitri says that him and Niko are ready to go and "deal with that guy."
After the cutscene, take Dimitri to the sex shop on Delaware Avenue. Some guy has been making porno in his basement and he didn't pay Mikhail his cut, so Mikhail wants him dead. Dimitri is going to ignore Faustin's demands and simply give the guy a scare so they can benefit from the profits of the films. Stop in the yellow marker outside the sex shop and go inside. Dimitri threatens to kill Josepth unless he pays Mikhail Faustin his cut.
After the cutscene, target Josepth in order to intimidate him. Then target the guy in the middle, and custom aim to shoot him in the leg after he has spoken. Josepth then agrees to pay Faustin his cut, and gives some cash to Dimitri to give to Mikhail. Leave the sex shop and take Dimitri to the gun store on Dillon Street. Go inside and purchase a Micro-SMG, which will be paid for by Mr. Faustin. Take Dimitri back to Faustin's house to finish the mission.

Final destination

Faustin's gang is in trouble. The police have been authorized to tap their phones, and they know about the pot they stole because "too much noise has been made." Faustin thinks there is a rat, and he believes it is Lenny, Dimitri's cousin's boyfriend. Dimitri begs Faustin not to do anything, but Faustin doesn't listen. He asks Niko to go to Guantanmo Avenue in South Bohan and take out Lenny.
On the route to South Bohan, slow down at the toll on Charge Island to avoid attracting police attention. Lenny is on the platform at Guantanmo Avenue Station. Go up the stairs and onto the platform. Kill Lenny and his partner.
Chapter 1: Part 3
No love lost

Faustin is angry because his daughter has turned into "an ungrateful ♥♥♥♥♥." He wants Niko to go and meet her on Firefly Island, and kill her boyfriend if he is there. Once you arrive at the destination, a cutscene begins. Niko warns the biker away from Mr. Faustin's daughter, but he doesn't seem very happy about it. He states he is going to meet up with his biker buddies and "♥♥♥♥ you up."
Get on the motorcycle and chase the boyfriend. Try to get as many shots in as possible and kill him before he's able to meet up with his biker buddies, otherwise the mission will become a whole lot harder. It would be worth investing in armour and some decent weapons before the mission starts, just incase you aren't able to kill him quick enough. Head over to the weapons store on Dillon Street if necessary.
If the biker manages to meet up with his buddies, go for the biker first and make sure he doesn't escape, then focus on his buddies. Niko calls Faustin once the biker is dead to confirm that the job has been done.

NOTE:This mission links with the 'Lost and the Damned' storyline.

Shadow

Niko gets a rough introduction from 'Badman', Little Jacob's housemate. Some people are selling weed where they aren't supposed to be selling weed, and they aren't giving Badman his cut. He wants Niko to take care of them. Go and find the dealer in South Bohan. Stop in the yellow marker at Wallkill Avenue and watch the cutscene.
After the cutscene, follow the dealer to his supplier on foot. Stay behind him and try not to be seen. If you spook the dealer he will begin running, so keep following him into the apartment block, but don't kill him!
Roman calls half-way through the mission, so just hang-up when he calls. The dealer and his suppliers are on the top floor of the building. Shoot the lock on the door, and then kill the dealer and his two suppliers inside. Use the wall as cover. Niko calls Jacob to inform him that the dealer and his suppliers are dead.

Logging on

Roman introduces you to Brucie, an eccentric character who is obsessed with physical appearance. You'll meet him later on in the story for some missions. Roman says you need to get online, and tells you to visit the TW@ internet cafe and setup an email account.
Go to the TW@ cafe on Oneida Avenue, then go inside and talk to the assistant. Access any computer terminal in the cafe, and click on the 'WEB' icon on the desktop. Click on 'Check Mail' and then open the email from 'Eyefind Web Team'. Reply to this email to active your account.
Logout and leave the internet cafe to complete the mission.

Rigged to blow

Faustin isn't home right now, so his wife Ileyna invites Niko inside until Mikhail gets back. Ileyna tells Niko that things didn't used to be the same, and that there was once a time when she and Mikhail were "happy together." Niko then tells her about his own troubles in life, and that he did some "bad things" during the war. Dimitri and Faustin arrive. Faustin wants Niko to find a truck owned by the guy who owes money to him, and then call him once he's got it.
The truck is situated at an old factory in Schottler on Montauk Avenue, so go and pick it up. Once you get inside, Niko will call Faustin, who reveals that the truck is filled with explosives. You need to take the truck to South Bohan and park it inside a garage.
Be sure to pay the $5 toll on Charge Island to avoid attracting police attention. Park inside the garage and trigger the bomb, and then watch the spectacular explosion which follows. Find a car and get out of the area to complete the mission. Niko will call Faustin to confirm that the job was successful.

The master and the molotov

Dimitri believes that he and Faustin are in big trouble because Niko killed Petrovic's son (in the mission "No Love Lost"). Dimitri now has a dilemna - he can either kill his best friend (in order to make peace with Petrovic) or die.
Dimitri wants you to go to Faustin's club (where Faustin will be arriving shortly) and kill him. Be sure to have plenty of weapons (a shotgun would be useful) before starting this mission. Pay a visit to the weapons store on Dillon Street if necessary.
Go to the Perestroika club and walk into the yellow marker. Faustin will be seen arriving with his bodyguards.
Dimitri reveals he has left some body armour for you around the back of the club. If you don't already have some, go and fetch it.
Go inside the club and watch the cutscene. Faustin becomes aware that Dimitri has betrayed him, but he doesn't want to go down without a fight. After the cutscene, kill the two bodyguards, and then find cover. Kill the other guards in the room, and then follow Faustin through the back door. There's another guard waiting behind the door, so be prepared. There is also another guard up ahead.
Once the guards have been taken out, go through the double doors where three more of Faustin's men are waiting for you. Again find cover, and eliminate the remaining guards. Follow Faustin onto the roof of the building, where he drops his weapon. Kill Mikhail Faustin to complete the mission. Afterwards, Niko calls Dimitri to confirm that Faustin is dead. Dimitri wants you to collect your money for the hit at a warehouse.

Russian revolution
Dimitri invites Niko into the warehouse to collect his money for the hit on Faustin. Not surprisingly though, it's a setup. He says that many years ago, when Niko was smuggling people into Italy, he left a good friend (Mr. Bulgarin) out of pocket. Bulgarin's men surround Niko, and you need to take them out and then escape from the warehouse. Little Jacob will assist you. You need plenty of armour and ammunition before attempting this mission. Something like a shotgun or a Micro-SMG would be useful.

Take cover behind anything you can find, and eliminate Bulgarin's men. Take cover at all times - do not run out into the middle of the warehouse unprotected. Some patience is required, because there are a lot of men to kill and it takes a bit of time. Aslong as you have cover you should be okay though. All of Bulgarin's men are represented on the radar by red blips. Some of them are on the upper level of the warehouse, and these targets have arrows on their blips pointing upwards. You may find it useful to blind fire.
Eventually, Dimitri and Bulgarin are seen leaving the warehouse. A two-star wanted level is gained, and you need to evade the cops and get Jacob back to the Homebrew cafe. Ignore the cops and head straight for the Virgo that is parked outside. Wait until Little Jacob gets in, and then use the GPS to get back to the cafe.

After the mission, call Roman to inform him of the situation. Roman whispers over the phone and asks Niko to "come quickly" to the alleyway off of Hopper Street in EIC. Go and meet Roman to begin the mission "Roman's Sorrow".

Roman's sorrow

Stop in the yellow marker in the alleyway to trigger the cutscene. Roman is hiding in the trunk of his car because he believes his life is at risk - he says people were calling the apartment and then hanging up. Niko informs Roman of the situation with Dimitri and Bulgarin. The cousins agree to move away from Broker and lay low for a while, but first Roman needs to collect some things from his apartment.
Drive Roman to his apartment on Hove Beach. When you arrive, you discover that the apartment has been burned down. Now drive Roman to the taxi depot, which you'll discover is also up in flames.
Drive with Roman to your new safehouse in Bohan, and meet up there with Mallorie. Mallorie says she knows a bunch of people in Bohan "who may be able to help you out."

End of chapter 1.

Chapter 1: Summary
Well well well, looks like you just spent about 4 hours doing missions for it all to be demolished in one fowl swoop. Get used to it. I feel as conpensation, you have earned this. Enjoy your moment of pleasure!Assuming you're a guy...ah ♥♥♥♥ it.

Chapter 2: Part 1
Welcome to chapter 2 of 4. You are now about to make a new start in Bohan. Goodluck soldier.

You now have a new safehouse in Bohan, after the last one was burned down by the Russians. Roman says it's time to "start over again." In this chapter, Mallorie introduces you to two of her friends - Manny Escuela and Elizabeta Torres - both of whom provide work for Niko. Algonquin is unlocked after the mission "Blow Your Cover," and Alderney becomes unlocked at the end of the chapter.

Escuela of the streets

Mallorie introduces Niko to Manny Escuela, a guy she grew up with. Manny is trying to "clean up the streets," and he's making a video to record his struggle. He wants Niko to help him take out some of the dealers in Bohan. After the cutscene, get in a vehicle with Manny and go to the dealer's place on Grand Boulevard. A cutscene shows the dealer leaving his apartment. Follow him, but don't get too close to him or you will spook him. Stay at least two car lengths behind him until he reaches the destination in South Bohan.

Park behind the dealer when he reaches the destination, and follow him over to the warehouse. Manny goes back to pick up Jay (the camera guy) while you're taking care of business. Shoot the lock on the door, and then take cover behind the wall. Take out as many dealers as you can from outside the warehouse before moving inside. There is no time limit here, so you can take as long as you like.
There is one dealer immediately to your right inside the warehouse, and several straight ahead. Once you've taken out as many as you can from outside the warehouse, move inside and immediately take cover behind the one of "Redwood" boxes. Take out the remaining dealers inside the warehouse, paying close attention to where they are situated on the radar. Use cover at all times, and watch out for the last dealer behind the pillar in the centre of the warehouse. Leave the warehouse once all the dealers have been eliminated, and watch the cutscene as Manny [quite happily] takes all the credit for your work!

Street sweeper

Manny introduces Niko to Officer McReary, before providing the details of the next mission. The mission is very similar to the previous mission in terms of the main objective (take out some gang dealers) except this time it's a little easier.

Go to Windmill Street where the gang members are situated, and run over the two gang members that are standing by the garage. Once you have been spotted, two of the gang members will attempt to escape in a car, so give chase and spray their vehicle with bullets.
Aim for the wheels initially, and then finish them off before going back to kill the last remaining gangster at the garage. You can kill him however you like, though running him over is without a doubt the simplest option.

Search and delete

Brucie wants Niko to whack some people for him. After the cutscene, call 911 and press '1' to summon a police car. When the cops arrive, steal their car and lose your wanted level. When you lose the wanted level, Niko will automatically call Brucie for further instructions. Brucie wants you to kill somebody called Lyle Rivas.
Stop the police car and access the police computer. Select 'Search Police Records' followed by 'Search By Name' and then use the keyboard to type in 'LYLE RIVAS'. Add his location to the radar, and then exit the police computer.

Go to Rivas's house and walk into the yellow marker. During the cutscene, Rivas makes an escape through the bathroom window. Exit the building through the door you came in, and begin chasing Rivas. Shoot his car until it blows up, and then run him over when he attempts to escape on foot. Niko calls Brucie to confirm that Rivas has been eliminated.

Easy as can be

According to Brucie, the guy you just killed (Lyle Rivas) had a car "worth stealing," which he left in an alleyway off of Yorktown Avenue in Steinway. Brucie wants you to get it and bring it back to his garage. When you get inside the vehicle, a cutscene begins, and a car containing two of Lyle's associates arrives at the scene.

Get the car back to Brucie's garage. The two thugs will chase and shoot you the whole way back. Be careful when turning corners, because the car will get damaged very quickly if they manage to block you. Get the car back to Brucie's garage in one piece to complete the mission.
The main objective of the mission is quite simple; the only thing you need to be careful with is your handling of the car. Be patient and slow down when turning corners and you should be fine. The car will [probably] be heavily damaged by the time you get it back to the garage, but that doesn't matter.

Out of the closet

Rivas's cousin owes Brucie a lot of money, so he wants Niko to go and take care of him. During the cutscene, Roman creates a profile for Niko on Love Meet, which he's going to use to try and arrange a date with Rivas's cousin. Go to the TW@ internet cafe, and Niko will automatically call Brucie once he arrives there. Brucie tells you to log on and access love-meet.net, and then search for a guy called French Tom.

Go to one of the computer terminals and access the web. Go to love-meet.net and click on the 'males' icon, and then locate French Tom. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button to arrange a date. You are now free to conduct other business while you wait for French Tom to reply. Once he does reply, Roman will send a text message telling you to check your emails.
In the response, French Tom tells you to meet him at the 69th Street Diner on Hove Beach at 18:00, so go there and wait for him. Approach French Tom inside the diner, and Niko will begin talking to him. When you are ready, stand up and eliminate French Tom to complete the mission.

Luck of the Irish
Mallorie introduces Niko to Elizabeta, who then introduces Niko to Patrick McReary, a guy she's setting up a deal for. Elizabeta doesn't trust the guys that Patrick will be dealing with, so she wants Niko to act as his "guardian angel" and make sure that nothing goes wrong. The deal is taking place at Joliet Street, and Patrick has left a rifle on the roof of the place next door.

Go to the building in South Bohan, and then go up to the roof and collect the sniper rifle that Patrick has left for you. Stay crouched and watch over the deal using the sniper rifle. About 25 seconds after the cutscene, the dealers begin to shoot at Patrick and his associate. Zoom in with the sniper rifle and take out all of the attackers. Take your time with each shot and deal with one person at a time.
One of the attackers gets in a tussle with Patrick, so snipe him, and then three more attackers will arrive. Once you have taken out the three attackers, the last attacker will attempt to escape in the van. Snipe him through the windshield to complete the mission. Afterwards, Niko calls Elizabeta to let her know that Patrick is safe. She invites you back to her apartment for more
work.

Chapter 2: Part 2
Blow your cover
Elizabeta introduces Niko to Johnny, who is currently sitting on a big pile of heroin. Elizabeta has found a buyer for him, and she wants Niko to oversee the deal and ensure that everything goes okay, so the objective is similar to the previous mission. She also introduces Niko to Playboy X, who's going to be assisting you at the deal. Take Playboy to the contact's apartment, and follow him up to the third floor to meet Johnny.

During the cutscene, it becomes apparent that the dealers are infact undercover LCPD officers. Find cover, and take out all of the attackers. Take your time and pick them off one at a time, and then make your way up to the next floor. As you leave the room, there are two officers immediately to your right. Take them out, and then follow Playboy up to the next floor, where more officers are waiting to attack. There is a first aid kit situated on the roof, so collect it if you need it and then use the wall as cover. Take out the two remaining officers, and more will begin to make their way onto the roof.
Follow Playboy down the stairs, where another officer is waiting to attack you. Once he is dead, a two-star wanted level appears. Make your way down to the ground floor, but watch out as there are two more officers waiting for you on the stairs. Once you escape from the building, get in the car across the road and lose your wanted level with Playboy. Finally, take Playboy X back to his apartment in Algonquin to complete the mission.

The Puerto Rican Connection

In this mission, Manny wants Niko to eliminate some people he used to roll with, who have been "bad-mouthing him" after watching his new film. It seems they weren't impressed. Go to the Algonquin Bridge and stop in the yellow marker facing south.

The target you are looking for is on the train, so you need to follow it and eliminate him when he gets off. The chase will lead to Cayuga Avenue in Schottler.
Make your way up to the platform and eliminate the three targets. It might be useful to take cover before launching your attack, but if you start with full health and a decent (quick) weapon such as the Micro-SMG then it shouldn't be necessary.

The snow storm

NOTE: This is a difficult mission. Be sure you have armour and weapons.

During the cutscene, Elizabeta argues with Little Jacob. She says some people he introduced to her have "ripped her off big time," and she needs Niko to go to the old hospital on Colony Island and get her coke back. The old hospital is heavily guarded by dealers, and you will need to eliminate all of them in order to get to Elizabeta's coke. Once you have the coke, you'll need to escape from the hospital, so it may be a good idea to go to the old hospital before starting the mission to scope it out first.

There are multiple approaches to this mission. A good way to start would be to stand well away from the compound, and snipe as many of the dealers as possible before going in. The old hospital is surrounded by metal fencing, and there are two areas of broken fence which you can use to enter the complex - one on the north side and one on the east. You should enter via the north gap and escape using the east gap. Enter the building itself via the doorway on the east side of the building. Take cover at all times and eliminate anyone who attacks you.

An SMG in addition to a heavy piece such as the assault rifle is recommended. You'll need plenty of ammo, full health and armour before starting the mission. Take your time, take cover at all times, and eliminate anyone in your path. Be careful when you are going through the main corridor section of the building, as there are attackers on the upper level of the complex as well as on the ground - refer to the radar to see which ones are above you. There are first aid kits located throughout the complex, so keep an eye out for them. The coke is being guarded in a room by two dealers. Waste them, and then pick up the bag of coke.

Once you have the coke, N.O.O.S.E will begin to raid the old hospital, and a chopper arrives. Make your way back to the corridor, and go back out exactly the same way you came in. There are two officers waiting to shoot you near the entrance of the building. There is also a further officer waiting outside, who is taking cover behind a burned out vehicle. As mentioned earlier, exit the complex using the gap in the fence on the east side of the building, and then quickly jump into the Humboldt river and use the Jetmax to escape.
Once you have shaken the cops off, go back and meet Little Jacob on Spin Street. During the cutscene, Michelle arrives and reveals that she has been working with the government, and that it's "her job" to keep an eye on Niko! She says the cops are ready to take down Elizabeta, and demands that Niko hands over the coke. Ouch.

Have a heart

Elizabeta is becoming paranoid because she knows the police are finally onto her.
Manny and Jay soon arrive at the apartment and begin recording a new piece for their film, where they accuse Elizabeta of messing up the streets However, Elizabeta is having none of it, and she shoots both Manny and Jay through the head! She then tells Niko to put the bodies in her car and get rid of them. Elizabeta knows a doctor that will deal with them.

Take the bodies of Manny and Jay to the doctor at Dukes Boulevard. 'Natural causes' is his verdict. He says he'll have the organs "out on the streets in no time." Splendid!

No .1

Brucie wants to show off his new car by taking part in a street race, but Lenny (the mechanic) screwed something up, and he now has nothing to race with. Brucie wants Niko to take him to Freetown Avenue in Willis so that you can take Steve's car to the race instead. It's a yellow Comet.

Once you have the car, go to the starting point and prepare to race. As long as you don't crash, you should be able to finish first with fairly relative ease. Take it easy at corners, slow down and brake properly otherwise it could cost you the race. The other five drivers aren't exactly great - they tend to crash a lot, so all you need to do (basically) is not crash!
Take Brucie home once the race is finished, to complete the mission.

Deconstruction for beginners

Playboy's old friend, Dwayne Forge, just got released from prison, and he is disgruntled that Playboy has moved on and left him behind. Playboy has left some weapons for you in an alleyway at Castle Gardens for the next mission, and he explains the details of the task on the way there. Apparently, the mafia have taken over a construction site belonging to Yusuf Amir, a big real estate developer who Playboy is aiming to impress. Playboy wants you to take out the mobsters guarding the site, and regain control of it for Yusuf.
Get in the car in the alleyway to retrieve the weapons (a sniper rifle and grenades) and then walk into the window cleaning platform. Make your way to the top of the building, in order to give you a clear view of the enemy lookouts. Take out the three lookouts (1-3 on diagram) using the sniper rifle, and then take out some of the guards on the ground to make life a little easier when you enter the construction site later. Once you've taken out as many guards as possible, go back to the platform and head into the construction site. You can take the car in and then use it as cover.
Take out anybody in your way, and then head towards the first union leader, who is represented by a red blip on the radar. Take cover at all times, and use the grenades to take out multiple enemies at once. There is a first aid kit on the upper level of the construction site, situated at the top of the ramp. Kill the next union leader, and take out the attackers. Then kill the 3rd union leader as he climbs the ladder.

Chapter 2: Part 3
Ruff Rider
During the cutscene, Dwayne explains that he's pissed off at two things. Firstly, he's annoyed that Playboy doesn't want to roll with him anymore (instead he sends Niko) and secondly he's pissed that his girlfriend is ignoring him. His girlfriend has been hanging out with someone called Jayvon, who apparently was responsible for Dwayne going to prison. Niko sympathises with Dwayne because he sees a lot of himself in him. He then offers to take care of Jayvon.

Go to the arcade in Chinatown, where Dwayne's girlfriend (Cherise) and Jayvon are hanging out. Jayvon attempts to escape, and you now have the option of executing Cherise or letting her live. If you let her live, you'll meet her again later on in the story, but it's entirely your choice and it doesn't affect your overall game progress.
Get on the bike parked at the arcade and begin chasing Jayvon. Shoot him off the bike and make sure he's dead, then pickup the money that he owes to Dwayne. Niko calls Dwayne to arrange a meeting at the Cluckin' Bell in Algonquin, so he can hand over the money.

Undress to kill

Dwayne seems fairly depressed with how things have been going since he got out of prison. He says one of the things he lost was a strip club in Bohan called "The Triangle Club", which was taken over by gangsters after he got sent to jail. Niko promises to take it back for him.

nter the strip club in Bohan, but don't enter with a weapon drawn or security will attack you. There are three managers inside the club, and the first thing you'll need to do is work out who they are. Approach the first two men you see when you enter the strip club, and listen in on their conversation. They will reveal the location of the first manager, Jose, who is in the staff room counting money. Leave Jose for now, and approach the stripper and the man standing beside the stage. The conversation will reveal that the man (Javier) standing next to the stripper is the second manager of the club. Don't kill him yet, instead go to the back room where the third manager is located, so that you now have the locations of all three managers.
The locations of the managers should now be highlighted on the radar. Go back to the first manager (Jose) and kill him silently using fists, a baseball bat or a knife, so that you don't attract attention from the security. Jose has a gun, so kill him before he manages to fire a shot in, otherwise security will be alerted. Now approach the second manager who is standing by the stage, and take cover behind one of the tables in the club. Kill him, and then take out the security men who attack you afterwards. Once most of the security people are gone, exit the club and follow the third manager, who attempts to escape in a car. Perform a drive-by shooting and finish him off to complete the mission.

Photoshoot
There is a growing tension between Playboy X and Dwayne. Playboy now says that Dwayne is beginning to "get on his nerves." Playboy wants you to eliminate someone who has apparently been bad-mouthing him. He hangs out with his team at the basketball courts on Exeter Avenue. You need to take a photo of the team with your new cellphone (given to you by Playboy X) and then send him the photo so that he can tell you which one to kill.

There are five people in the basketball court. Get a photo of them and send it back to Playboy, but don't get too close to them or they will spot you. Playboy will call you a few seconds later and tell you which one to kill - each time you do the mission it's a different person, so you can't kill the same person every time! If you kill one of the targets before Playboy gets back to you, the crew will split up and you'll have to kill all of them, but if you follow the instructions this shouldn't be the case.
You can kill Marlon and the other gang members by shooting through the fence, you don't need to go into the basketball court. Once he is dead, the mission is over.

Wrong is right
Michelle reveals that her real name is Karen, and takes Niko to meet a friend in office 396. The man (who refuses to reveal his name) wants Niko to find out about a person called Oleg Minkov, who lives in Iroquois back in Hove Beach. Go to Oleg's apartment and find out anything you can about him.
When Niko arrives the apartment is empty, so he kicks the door down and calls the friend from U.L. Paper. He tells you to check Oleg's emails, and call back with any information that would indicate his current whereabouts. Access Oleg's emails and click on the latest email from "Vasily". It talks about a meeting at a jewellery shop on Tulsa Street. Niko calls back and the man tells him to kill Oleg at the jewellery store.

Get a car and stop in the yellow marker at the destination. Oleg attempts to escape, so chase him down and kill him. When you reach Little Italy in Algonquin, Oleg will take a route which becomes blocked by construction material, so quickly reverse out of there and find a different route. Eliminate Oleg to complete the mission.

The Holland play
Dwayne has irritated Playboy X to such an extent that he now wants him dead. Playboy wants Niko to carry out the hit for him, but Niko says he'll have to take time to consider it. Playboy will be in touch shortly.

Dwayne calls shortly after the cutscene and reveals that he wants Niko to kill Playboy X! You now have a decision to make.
Playboy X calls to ask Niko if he has reached a decision yet. Niko says he knows what he's going to do, and you now have the choice of killing either Playboy X or Dwayne.

Who you decide to kill is entirely your choice. Each option has its own benefits, though killing X appears to be the favoured option amongst the majority of GTA IV fans. Killing Playboy X will earn you his loft (which will act as a new safehouse) in addition to a new outfit, and it also means that Dwayne Forge becomes a friend, which itself provides new benefits. Killing Dwayne will earn you $25,000 but Playboy refuses to speak to you afterwards, so there are no other benefits apart from that.

If you decide to kill Playboy X, head over to his apartment in North Algonquin. He has four or five people protecting him in his apartment, so be prepared with plenty of ammo and armour. Take cover behind the door at the elevator, and eliminate each of the guards in the apartment. Throwing a grenade into the apartment should take care of most of them.
Approach X, and he will jump across the roof to the opposite building, and attempt to make a run for it. Make your way to the ground floor and follow him. More of Playboy's guards arrive in a desperate bid to protect him, so target them and shoot them, but don't worry about X getting away because he will reach a dead end. Use the pistol to execute Playboy X for a cinematic execution.

Killing Dwayne is considerably easier if you wish to choose that option instead. Go to his apartment, walk into the yellow marker and watch the cutscene which follows. Kill Dwayne's crazy bat-wielding friend, and then use the pistol to execute Dwayne.

Killing Dwayne gets you $25,000.
Killing Playboy gets you his loft as a apartment and Dwayne as a friend.

Chapter 2: Part 4
Hostile negotiation
In this mission you need to rescue Roman, who is being held hostage by Dimitri's men at a warehouse off Lompoc in Bohan Industrial. Ensure you have full health, armour and plenty of ammo before starting the mission. There aren't any particularly difficult aspects of the mission, but you'll need to take out a lot of attackers which requires a bit of time and patience.

Walk into the yellow marker at the warehouse when you are ready to begin. Roman is being held on the top floor of the warehouse. When you take control of Niko, he will automatically take cover behind the wall. Take out each attacker one at a time, and don't move out of cover until you are sure there are no more gunmen. Blind fire if necessary. There is a first aid kit straight ahead if you need any health. Try to kill as many attackers on the first floor from the ground floor before going up there - this will make your task a lot easier when you eventually do reach the first floor.

Once you've taken out as many people as possible, move up to the first floor and immediately look for cover. Take out any remaining attackers, and then move towards the second floor. If you need any health, the first aid kit on the ground floor should have respawned by now, so go back down and collect it.

Turn left as soon as you reach the second floor, and again find cover. There's a first aid kit on the wall up ahead should you require it. Take out anyone in your way, and then proceed to the top floor where Roman is being held by his kidnapper.
You'll know when you have reached the top floor because the arrow on the green radar blip will disappear. When you enter the room where Roman is being held, Roman and his kidnapper emerge from behind a desk. You need to use free-aim to kill the kidnapper and free Roman. Shooting him once in the arm should be enough, but be careful not to fire at Roman. Once you have successfully freed Roman, follow him out of the warehouse and take him back to the safehouse in Bohan. The mission ends with a lecture from Niko about Roman's gambling addiction.

The portrait of a killer

U.L.P.C. want Niko to find someone, and he'll need access to a police computer in order to do so. Niko is informed that in return for doing these jobs, U.L.P.C. "may or may not" help Niko look for the person that betrayed him many years ago.
Find a police car and access the on-board computer. The easiest way to get a police car is to dial 911 on the cellphone, and then steal the car once the cops arrive. Lose your wanted level once you have the car, and then stop and access the computer. Select 'Search Police Records' followed by 'Search by Photo', and then upload the photograph of the target sent to you by the contact. His name is Adam Dimayev, and he's wanted for financing terrorist activity. Mark Dimayev's hangout on the radar, and then go after him.

he hangout is occupied by around ten people, and your contact states that you must eliminate all of them. Start on the upper level of the hangout (Yorktown Avenue) before dealing with the guards on the lower level (Valley Forge Avenue). There is no time limit, so you can take as long as you like to eliminate all of them. You can take them out systematically one-by-one (using cover behind the various objects in the environment) or you can just launch grenades and take them out several at a time. If you need health at any time, go to Yorktown Avenue where there are no attackers present and dial 911 for paramedics. The paramedics will then arrive and give you health, but only at a cost.

Dust off
Some guy is moving a lot of money for terrorists, and U.L.P.C. need him "neutralized." Grab a vehicle and go to the Civilization Plaza. A helicopter is seen leaving from the helipad, and as per the instructions, you must follow it to its destination before attempting to steal it. The chase ends at Kunzite Street, Westminster. Let the helicopter land, and then move in and take it.
When you drive in towards the helicopter, there are 3 guards up ahead, so drive at full speed and take out as many as you can by simply running them over. Then get out of the vehicle, take cover and eliminate any remaining guards.

Get in the chopper and fly to the dropoff point on the south side of the airport. Land at the location indicated by the yellow blip on the radar, and then a cutscene will show two FIB agents taking control of the chopper. Mission complete. Niko calls the contact after the mission, who says that his men "have the chopper" and "will get it back to you" soon. Apparently you're going to use the chopper later to eliminate the guy they are after.

Call and collect
Officer McReary is the mystery man. You met him briefly during the mission "Street Sweeper." McReary states that he "knows all about" Niko's activities, and threatens to expose him unless Niko does some work for him. Some guy is blackmailing McReary, but he doesn't know who it is. He has arranged to do an exchange with McReary by the Humboldt River off Silicon Street, and he told McReary to call him there from the viewpoint.

When you arrive at the viewpoint, Francis will send a text message containing the phone number of the blackmailer, and you must call this number and look out for a person answering their phone, so that you know which person to kill. Keep talking to the blackmailer until you identify him.
Kill the blackmailer once you have identified him, collect the storage device for Francis, and then lose your two-star wanted level. Once that is done, take the photographs on the storage device back to Francis to finish the mission.

Paper trail

Meet Little Jacob at the salvage yard off Grummer Road and get into the chopper. The target is in another chopper, flying around Liberty City, and you'll need to follow him and wait for an opportunity to take it down. U.L.P.C. don't want any civilian casualties, so you'll have to wait until the target is flying over the water before firing a shot at it.

Once you reach the water beyond the Broker Bridge, get close to the chopper and stay level with it on the right hand side so that Little Jacob can get a good shot in with the RPG.

Once the chopper is down, take Jacob back to the helipad at Union Drive East to complete the mission. Niko calls U.L.P.C. afterwards to confirm that the hit was carried out successful. The contact acknowledges your work, and agrees to call you when/if he finds any information on the person you are looking for.

Final interview
A lawyer called Tom Goldberg has some dirt on McReary, and McReary wants him dead. Goldberg has bodyguards, so McReary wants you to get one-on-one with him by arranging a job interview. You'll need to look nice for the interview. McReary will email you more details soon, so head over to an internet cafe after the cutscene.

Access one of the computer terminals at the internet cafe, and click on the "Goldberg, Ligner & Shyster" advertisement to access their website. Then go to the "Careers" page and submit your resume. Niko calls Francis after you leave the cafe to confirm that the application has been sent. You now need to wait on a phone call from GLS.

Eventually, GLS will call to arrange an interview with Mr. Goldberg. The time of the interview will be added to your organizer automatically - you need to be at the lawyers' office by 12:00 the following day. Now head over to Perseus and buy yourself some new clothes. You'll need a suit, a tie and some nice shoes for the interview.
Once you have everything you need, head over to the lawyers' office (indicated by the tie icon on the radar. Kill Goldberg and escape from the police.
NOTE!If you kill GoldBerg with a knife, you will get no wanted stars.
Chapter 2: Part 5
Holland nights

McReary wants Niko to take down a drug dealer (called Clarence) in East Holland for $2000, but Niko demands $5000 instead. McReary says it would take too long for him to collect all the evidence against Clarence, so he wants to save himself some work by getting Niko to perform a hit.
Head over to the projects in East Holland, and ensure that you have plenty of health and ammo before beginning. McReary recommends getting to the second floor before you begin shooting anyone, but you can do it in any way you like. Once you reach the third floor, there are gunmen taking cover up ahead, and a first aid kit on the wall to your right. Take them out, and a third gunman will come down the stairs behind you, so watch out. Remain cautious as you approach the roof - there are several more gunmen waiting there. Once everyone has been eliminated, approach Clarence and you will have a choice to make - you can either execute him or decide to let him live. Walk away if you wish to spare his life, you'll meet him later on if this is your choice

If you want to kill Clarence and you wish to avoid any unecessary shootouts, go back onto the road before entering the projects at the start of the mission, and use your sniper rifle to zoom in on Clarence on the second floor. Kill Clarence, and evade the two-star wanted level to complete the mission. If you don't get the shot right the first time, Clarence will flee and you will have to enter the projects and do things the hard way.

Lure

It becomes apparent that Clarence was only the boss of the organization, and now his chief lieutenant has taken over. McReary needs you to take him out. He has left a sniper rifle for you in a car across town.
Get in the car and then head to the dealer's apartment off Denver Avenue. Go to the rooftop of the building opposite the dealer's apartment, and dial his phone number (545-555-0122) to lure him to the window.

Alternative ways to lure the dealer to the window are:

Shoot the satellite dish outside the dealer's window (he'll get up to find out why his TV stopped working).
Shoot the television screen inside the dealer's house (you won't have much time to shoot him if you choose this method).

Assassinate the dealer when he goes to the window, and then leave the building to complete the mission.

Harboring a grudge

Packie introduces you to his mother and his sister, Kate. Kate seems interested in Niko, but Packie warns him to stay away from her. After the cutscene, get in a car with Packie and go to the harbor warehouse on Emerald Street. Packie wants to get up on the roof of the warehouse so you can get a clear view of the deal that's going down with the triads. Climb onto the objects, jump onto the ledge, shimmy across, and then climb onto the roof. A short cutscene will show a boat arriving with some boxes which Patrick wants to steal. His plan is to wait until the dealers have loaded the boxes into the truck, and then steal the truck and return it to a garage.

Climb down the mini cabin, find cover, and begin taking the dealers out. Molotovs or grenades would be useful at this point, as there are a lot of attackers. Packie will assist you (from the roof) and detract some of the attention. There are several dealers inside the warehouse, so be cautious when you approach it.
Steal the truck and wait for Packie to get in, then take the truck to Ray Boccino's lockup in Westminster. Some more dealers will begin chasing and shooting at the truck once you leave the warehouse, so drop a few grenades to get rid of them. Packie introduces you to Ray at the end of the mission, and Ray agrees to call you some time with some work.

Waste not want knots
Packie and his friends want to rob the mafia after Ray tipped them off about a big payment they received. Find a four-door car and drive to the waste management plant under the Algonquin Bridge, where the mafia are currently situated. Climb over two fences to get into the depot, and waste any guards outside. Grenades may be useful here, but be sure to take cover at all times. Packie and the guys should be able to handle a few of the guards, but you'll need to deal with most of them. Follow the guys inside once the guards have been taken out. There's a first aid kit at the door should you need any health.

Find cover as soon as you enter the building, and once again pick off each of the guards one at a time. Go for the guard whose up in the office before going for the others. When you are ready, proceed towards the office at the top of the stairs where the cash is stored. Watch out for more guards.
Once you have collected the cash, more guards will enter the building and begin firing. Clear the ones nearest the exit and then make an escape - leave Packie's friends to deal with the rest. Meet Packie outside and then swim towards the boat. Wait for Packie to get on, and take him to the pier beyond the East Borough Bridge to complete the mission.

Three leaf clover
Packie introduces you to his brothers, Gerry and Derrick. Gerry isn't happy that Niko is being involved in family business. After the cutscene, find a four-door car and take your partners to the bank in Algonquin. Packie explains the plan on the way there - each person is going to take out a security guard each when they get in, and then Packie and Michael will handle the civilians while Niko and Derrick handle the employees. Derrick is going to rig the vault door with explosives once the situation is under control.

During the raid, Packie and Derrick begin arguing, and Michael gets shot by one of the civilians. After the cutscene, go down to the vault and get the money. The cops become aware of the robbery, and soon the entire building is surrounded by LCPD and N.O.O.S.E. officers. Make your way out of the building and take cover behind a tree.

Take out the cops and protect Packie and Derrick - then follow them into the alleyway and clear the path. Use the steps as cover, and throw a couple of grenades to take out the cops up ahead. All the N.O.O.S.E. officers must be eliminated before Packie and Derrick can proceed. Once they do, follow them, and once again clear the path.

When you reach Chinatown, watch out for the cops who are situated on the fire escapes above you. Again, clear the path for Packie and Derrick, and then follow them down the alley. More police arrive in a chopper, so Packie decides to use the subway as an escape route. Follow Packie and Derrick into the subway, and kill the two police officers immediately to your right as you enter. Use the pillars as cover when you reach the area with the ticket machines, and take out anyone who is in your way.
There is a first aid kit attached to one of the pillars, so grab it if you need health. Follow Packie and Derrick down to the platform, and use the third (last) pillar as cover. Throw some grenades across to the other side to take out the attackers, and then follow Packie and Derrick onto the tracks. Watch out for oncoming trains!

Once you reach street level, find a four-door car and get in it with Packie and Derrick. You'll need to cross the Algonquin Bridge to get back to Packie's place in Dukes, but police have blocked it off, so it is recommended that you lose your wanted level before attempting to cross the bridge. Use alleys and small roads when trying to escape from the cops - you'll lose them much easier that way. Take Packie and Derrick back to Middleton Lane to complete the mission, and enjoy your hefty $250,000 reward.

Chapter 2 summary
You met a whole bunch of people during this past chapter. You been through some tough sh*t. You made some BIG money. You gonna make some more man. Here we go!

P.S, no compensation for you this time, you made like 300 grand you greedy f*ck!
Chapter 3: Part 1

A long way to fall

Ray wants Niko to take care of a friend "who is no longer a friend." He's called Teddy Benevides, and he can be found at the projects on Galveston.
This is Alonzo:

Go to the projects, talk to Alonzo and ask if he knows which apartment Teddy is in. Alonzo is unwilling to cooperate, so target him to make him talk. Go inside the building and use the elevator to reach the 20th floor - you have to walk the last few floors due to work being carried out on the elevator. Meanwhile, Alonzo calls Teddy to inform him that you are on your way up, so be prepared for a shootout with Teddy's gang.
Take cover when you exit the elevator, and elimimate all of Teddy's goons. When you leave the elevator area, there are two goons to your left and one taking cover behind a wall on your right. Make your way towards the stairs, and fetch the first aid kit if you need health. There is one more goon on this floor, and one additional goon situated on the stairs which lead to the next floor.
As soon as you reach the next floor, another goon will approach you, and later another one will approach from behind. There are more goons taking cover to your right, next to a room where another first aid kit can be found (grab it if you need it). Approach the stairs leading to the next floor, and remain cautious at all times. A yellow marker on the next floor indicates where Teddy's apartment is.
Enter Teddy's apartment and eliminate the three goons inside. Teddy emerges and attempts to escape via the roof. There are two more goons situated on the stairs, and the final goon is waiting on the roof. Once all the goons have been eliminated, Teddy reaches a dead end (he tries to use the fire exit but it's locked) and he doesn't put up much of a fight. Shoot Teddy and watch him fall off the building.

Taking in the trash

Ray wants Niko to meet some friends of his and collect some diamonds which are hidden in garbage. After the cutscene, Niko is automatically disguised as a trash collector for the task which lies ahead.
Get in the Trashmaster (indicated by the green blip on the radar) and meet Ray's friends. Drive to the first diamond pickup, which is indicated by the yellow blip. When you get there, stop in the yellow marker and wait for Tuna and Johnny to make the pickup. Once both men are back on the Trashmaster, make your way to the second diamond pickup on Hematite Street.
Once the second pickup is made, ambushers arrive and the truck comes under heavy fire. Take the diamonds to the dropoff point in Fishmarket South to complete the mission. It's a short drive, so all you have to do is be careful, take it easy at corners and make sure you don't crash. The chasers will stop once you reach Union Drive East.

Meltdown

It becomes apparent that Luca and his buddies have ripped off Niko and Ray. Ray wants Niko to go to Luca's hangout in Castle Gardens and get the diamonds back so that everyone can get paid. After the cutscene, find a vehicle and go to Castle Garden City, and stop in the yellow marker.
Niko approaches the vehicle holding Luca and his gang, but they deny stealing the diamonds before driving off. Get in the car and begin chasing the gang, but don't kill Luca - you'll need him alive in order to get the diamonds.
It's a long chase which requires concentration and a bit of patience. Eventually, the gang crash their vehicle next to the fountain in Middle Park. Take down each of the gang members using cover where necessary. Once the first three have been eliminated, head down to the toilets where Luca is hiding.

Shoot each of the doors to find where Luca is hiding, and then finish him off and collect the diamonds. Niko calls Ray to update him on what's happened, and tells him to meet him at the bridge in Middle Park. Meet Ray and hand over the diamonds to complete the mission.

Museum piece

Ray needs Niko to offload the diamonds that he retrieved in the last mission, but Niko demands a favour in return. Niko wants Ray to locate a man called Florian Cravic - the man that he believes betrayed him many years ago - and Ray promises to use his connections to find him. Meanwhile, Ray wants you to head over to the Libertonian and meet Johnny (who you last met in the mission "Blow Your Cover") so that the two of you can exchange the diamonds with a guy called Isaac.

Meet Johnny at the side entrance of the Libertonian and watch the cutscene. The deal is ambushed, and two of the dealers are killed. Your objective is to escape from the Libertonian and eliminate the ambushers. Use cover and take out the guy to your left, before taking out the people straight ahead. Don't move out of cover until you can hear no more gunshots. Use grenades to take out several at a time, and be sure to collect as much ammo as possible (from the people you have killed) as you make your way across the museum.
The exit is downstairs and is shown by the yellow blip on the radar. To get to the ground foor, go straight ahead (as far as you can possibly go) and then turn left where the exit sign is. There's a first aid kit on the wall just before you make this turn, so collect it if you need it. More ambushers are waiting at the bottom of the stairs, and the easiest solution is simply to launch a grenade or two at them. When there are no more attackers in sight, make your way to the bottom of the stairs, and use one of the pillars as cover. When the coast is clear, collect the armour situated on the desk straight ahead. Again, take out anyone in your way as you make your way towards the exit, and beware of any attackers on the upper floor shooting down at you.

When you reach the exit (the double doors at the end) immediately turn left and kill the attacker. There are two more attackers in the next bit, and there's a health kit on the wall near the exit. Steal one of the cars outside, and lose Isaac's crew to complete the mission. Escape Isaac's crew the same way you would evade a police wanted level - use small roads and alleyways to lose them quicker. After the mission, Niko calls Ray to inform him of the situation.

No way on the subway

During the cutscene, Ray introduces Niko to his associate Phil Bell. Phil says they have a problem with some bikers (one of which is Johnny, the guy who betrayed you in the previous mission) and he wants Niko to go to an alleyway on Vauxite Street to deal with them.

Get on the bike after the cutscene, and chase the two bikers. Aim for the biker closest to you first, but make sure you're aiming at him and not at the actual bike itself. You should be able to take out the nearest biker before reaching the subway at Frankfort Avenue, but the second biker will take a bit longer to eliminate. Follow him into the subway and watch out for oncoming trains as you pursue him. Forget about shooting him for the moment, and instead focus on trying to catch up with him. Only shoot him once you are close enough, and once you feel you can get an accurate shot at him, because otherwise you are just wasting bullets.

The chase eventually leads to the Algonquin Bridge, where a train has been derailed and is hence blocking the route, which forces the chase on to the streets of Dukes. At this point, the biker should begin to slow down, and you should be able to get a more accurate shot in. Waste the biker (or bikers, if you didn't manage to kill one earlier) to finish the mission. Still no sign of those diamonds though...
Chapter 3: Part 2
Weekend at Florians'

Pick up Roman at the apartment in Algonquin, and take him to The Triangle to meet Talbot Daniels. Roman says he has met Talbot before when they were playing cards together. Approach Talbot in The Triangle, and Niko will ask if he knows Florian Cravic. Initially, Talbot says he's never heard of him, but he soon changes his story and says there is a guy who lives uptown that likes to be called Florian Cravic "at certain moments."
et in a four-door car with Roman and Talbot, and let him lead you to Florian Cravic's apartment in Algonquin. Talbot will give you directions every time you approach a junction, so pay close attention and go where he says. Don't go too fast or Talbot won't be able to give you directions. Florian's apartment is on Pyrite Street.

Stop in the yellow marker when you reach his apartment, and watch the cutscene that follows. You learn that Florian Cravic has changed his name to Bernie Crane since moving to Liberty City, and he firmly denies being the person that betrayed you many years ago. Instead he believes it was Darko Brevic - the last remaining member of the group - who is believed to be in Switzerland somewhere. Niko is naturally pissed off, but remains determined to find the person that betrayed him.

Late checkout

Isaac - the dealer you met in "Museum Piece" - is blaming Ray for everything that went wrong with the deal, and now he is threatening to kill him. After a heated telephone exchange between the two, Ray reveals that he wants Niko to kill Isaac and all of his fellow dealers. Isaac is over at the Majestic Hotel near Middle Park in Algonquin, so head over there just now.
The mission tells you to use the elevator to reach the penthouse (where Isaac and the diamond dealers are situated) but a far simpler strategy is to take a helicopter and land it on the roof of the hotel, so that you're essentially working your way down instead of working your way up. That way, you won't have to face any bodyguards in the hotel corridors once you exit the elevator on the 30th floor, so it allows you to skip an unecessary shootout. Kill the first diamond dealer on the roof, and then make your way down into the penthouse.

The penthouse is heavily guarded, so beware. The second dealer is situated in the bedroom half-way down the stairs, and the last dealer is situated in the kitchen below the stairs. There is also a health kit in the kitchen should you need it.
Once everyone is eliminated, you need to escape from the hotel. Go back up to the roof above the penthouse, and use the helicopter you arrived in to escape. If your helictoper is no longer there, make your way across to the window cleaner's platform and use that to escape instead.

Actions speak louder than words

During the cutscene, Gerry explains that he needs Niko to create a rift between the Ancelottis and the Albanians, as a favour to Jimmy Pegorino. You need to plant a bomb in Tony Black's car, which is rigged to a phone, and it needs to blow when they get back from a meeting so that the Ancelottis think the Albanians did it.
Collect the bomb on Inchon Avenue, represented by a green blip on the radar, and then head over to Little Italy in Algonquin. Walk up behind the vehicle and rig it with the bomb, then go to the 'safe area' across the street. A cutscene shows the Ancelottis leaving to attend the meeting, and you must now follow them to that location. The pursuit lasts about three minutes, and ends at Grummer Road in North Algonquin.

Go to the safe point on the hill, then access your phonebook and select 'Gerry' followed by 'Detonate' to trigger the car bomb. Watch the cutscene as the factory explodes, and most of the Ancelottis are eliminated in the process. Four remain however, so take them out (you can use the sniper rifle from the hill to get the majority of them) and then evade the two-star wanted level to finish the mission. 'Step 1' of Gerry's plan is now complete, and he wants you to go back and see him for details of 'Step 2'.

I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle
Gerry owes a favour to the Pegorinos, but he needs Niko to do it because he fears he is being watched by the cops. Jimmy wants to stir up some trouble between the Ancelottis and the Albanians, who presently have an uneasy relationship together due to the Ancelottis using them as thugs, hitmen etc., much like the Pegorinos are using the McRearys.

Gerry opens his freezer to reveal the body of one of the Albanians, and he wants you to use the outfit to disguse yourself, in order to carry out a hit on long-time Ancelotti member Frankie Garone.

Get on the motorbike and go to the meeting point on Denver-Exeter Avenue in Algonquin. The task is fairly simple - after the cutscene, chase Frankie and kill him. It might help to aim for the tires first, and then aim for Frankie (it's a lot quicker/easier simply to shoot Frankie off the bike rather than shooting at the bike itself).

Smackdown
Derrick needs help "taking care of old business," but he's been on the drink so he takes a while to explain the problem. Basically he made a mistake many years ago, and he wants to get back at some guy (Bucky Sligo) who still hasn't forgiven him and who is threatening to kill Derrick and his family.

Find a police car (there is one parked across the road) and access the on-board computer. Select 'Search Police Records' followed by 'Search by Name' and then enter the name 'BUCKY SLIGO'. The police records reveal that Bucky is at the Burger Shot in Alderney, so mark his location on the radar and make your way there. Once the location has been added, Niko automatically calls Derrick to inform him of Bucky's whereabouts. Derrick wants you to follow Bucky back to his hideout and "kill all of them."

Bucky will attempt to escape as soon as he spots the police car. Chase him through the various streets and alleyways back to his hideout on Caribo Avenue. When you reach the hideout, get out of the car and use it as cover. Eliminate Bucky and the member of his crew who is standing by the door. There are about three or four of Bucky's gang inside the house, and the easiest strategy is to shoot the door open and launch a grenade or two inside - that should eliminate a majority of Bucky's crew. The last member of Bucky's crew is situated at the top of the stairs to your left, so be prepared to shoot when you start climbing the stairs. Once all of Bucky's crew have been eliminated, lose the two-star wanted level to complete the mission.

Babysitting
Go to Kim's boat with Derrick. Kim is a friend of some Korean guy that Derrick knows, and Derrick has agreed to escort him into the country with some fake cash. During the ride, Derrick tells Niko about one of his other enemies, "Aiden." Derrick, Aiden and Bucky (who you killed in the previous mission) apparently used to work together, but Aiden got locked up, and he and Bucky suspected Derrick of talking to the police.

Follow Kim, and ensure that the boat reaches Bohan safely. Attackers soon appear and begin spraying Kim's boat with bullets, so waste them and then watch out for another boat which approaches as you reach South Bohan. Be sure to aim for the shootists on the boat rather than aiming for the boat itself. It takes longer to blow up the boats than it does to kill the shootists on the boats, so doing this will reduce the amount of damage that Kim's boat receives.
When you reach the East Borough Bridge, stop the boat and kill off any remaining attackers in the boats (try not to use the rocket launcher for this, or you risk killing Kim). Then use the rocket launcher to eliminate the chopper, and follow Kim towards the pier in Bohan to finish the mission.
Chapter 3: Part 3
Tunnel of death
Derrick is all drugged up while he explains his next problem. He wants you to kill Aiden O'Malley, the guy he told you about in the previous mission. After the cutscene, Packie calls to explain the plan: Aiden is in government custody, and he's being moved across town in a truck by police. The truck will pass through the Booth tunnel, and Packie needs you to block one end of it with a truck while he blocks the other. The plan is to make it look like a prison break, because if you just go in and kill the guy, Derrick is the first person they'll question, since he is the one that ratted him out and got him jailed in the first place.
Packie has left a truck with a rocket launcher on Mahesh Avenue in Alderney, so go and collect it. When you enter the truck, Niko will call Packie and a cutscene shows O'Malley leaving the cop station with lots of protection. Take the truck that Packie left to the Booth Tunnel, and park it between the two yellow markers to block it. The police truck arrives with three police cars accompanying it, and then Packie blocks the area behind them. Use the truck as cover, and take out as many cops as you can. If you're going to use the rocket launcher, be careful not to aim too close to the police truck or Aiden will die and the mission is failed.

Once all the cops have been eliminated, steal the stockade with Packie and lose the three-star wanted level. Keep driving in the direction you are facing (towards Algonquin) and then use lots of small streets and alleyways to evade the cops quicker. Afterwards, ditch the truck in the quiet location (indicated by the yellow blip on the radar) and then take O'Malley to the cliffs in Leftwood. When you reach the destination, Packie reveals to Aiden that it was Derrick who broke him out, and then he orders Niko to kill him. Kill Aiden after the cutscene to complete the mission.

Blood brothers

Francis becomes aware that Derrick is back in town, and he is furious to say the least. Francis and Derrick despise each other, and Derrick is threatening to talk to a journalist about Francis' activities, which will jeopardize his chance of becoming police commissioner. Francis blackmails Niko, and threatens to lock him up unless he kills his brother Derrick.

Go to the courtyard park in Lancet, where Francis is due to meet with Derrick.

Derrick calls shortly after the cutscene with Francis. He believes that Francis is going to try and kill him, and he wants Niko to kill Francis first!
When you reach the park, Niko will automatically call Francis for further instructions on the hit, and Francis tells him to use the window cleaning platform to assassinate Derrick from the roof. Before hanging up, Francis reminds Niko of the dirt he has on him, and demands that he carries out the hit. Niko promises to "kill who he's aiming at."

Climb on top of the scaffolding at Lorimar Street, and use the window cleaning platform to reach the roof. You now need to make a decision - kill Francis or Derrick. If you kill Derrick, you can get Francis to lower your wanted level (once) but this ability is removed once the main storyline is complete, and besides it's nullified by Kiki's special ability (one of the girlfriends on love-meet.net). Francis will also give you cash for carrying out the hit. If you call him while you are on the roof, and he will offer to increase his payment to $20,000.

Killing Francis on the other hand provides no rewards or special abilities whatsoever, but it might be satisfying to kill him after all that blackmailing he did? Who you kill is entirely your choice, and it only has a slight effect on the next mission "Undertaker" (killing Francis makes this mission slightly easier, but not by much). Once you've made the hit, leave the rooftop and escape from the area to complete the mission.

Undertaker

This mission begins right after you receive the call from Packie following the last mission. Change into a smart suit and tie, and then head over to the funeral in Suffolk. The cutscene will differ slightly depending on who you killed (Derrick or Francis) in the previous mission. After the service, a group of Albanians arrive and perform a drive-by shooting on the McRearys. Packie needs you to help him eliminate them.

Another car arrives soon after the first lot have been taken out. At this point, grenades or a rocket launcher would be very useful. If you aim for the car and blow it up before the Albanians manage to get out, you can get rid of them all at once and save yourself a lot of work. Another car arrives from the south shortly after, and then more Albanians come out of the alleyway straight ahead. Eliminate all of them, and if you're using grenades or an RPG, be sure to keep them well away from the hearse which contains the dead brother's body.
Once all the Abanians are gone, get in the hearse with Packie and take the body to the cemetary. If you killed Derrick in the previous mission, you'll need to take him to the cemetary in Dukes, and if you killed Francis you'll need to take him to Colony Island, which is a much shorter distance. More Albanians will chase and attack the hearse, so get to the cemetary as quickly as you can and make sure the coffin doesn't fall out the back! When you reach the cemetary, watch the cutscene as the family mourns. Kate thanks Niko for coming along.

Hating the haters

Bernie has a problem, which he explains to Niko during the cutscene. Bernie keeps getting attacked by "haters" in Middle Park, so Niko agrees to go and sort them out. Get in a car with Bernie, and make your way to the yellow marker at Middle Park. Follow Bernie as he jogs through the park, but don't get too close to him, because the hater will only attack him if he thinks he is alone.

When you reach the tunnel in the park, the hater is waiting to attack Bernie (with a baseball bat) at the other end. After the cutscene (and after some amusing accusations of Niko being a "♥♥♥ lover") follow the homophobe to the bridge at the top of the stairs. Chase the hater through Middle Park on one of the Faggios parked on the bridge, and perform a drive-by shooting to kill him.
If you're having trouble catching up with the hater, leave a faster bike (such as the NRG 900 or PCJ 600) on the bridge where the Faggios are situated before the cutscene begins. Go and pick up Bernie once the hater is dead, and take him to Perseus in The Exchange to conclude the mission.

Union drive

Some thugs found out about Bernie's relationship with Mayor Bryce Dawkins, and Bryce is now being blackmailed. Find a fast car and take Bernie to the rendezvous to meet with the blackmailers. The meet is at Grummer Road, and Bernie explains that the identity of the blackmailers is currently unknown - the people you are meeting with are only representatives of the blackmailers.

The representatives arrive, and Niko and Bernie make their position very clear: they will not negotiate with the blackmailers. It becomes apparent that the two thugs are representing Dimitri Rascalov, and after the cutscene they attempt to escape. Follow the blackmailers, but don't shoot at them - it's a lot easier just to chase until they reach a dead end, and that way you can focus fully on the road.
Stay close to the blackmailers, and watch out for buses/trucks/flipped cars and various other obstacles which are designed specifically in this mission to disrupt your route. On two ocassions, the thugs switch over to the opposite side of the road, which is another attempt to disrupt your chase, but stay on the correct side and they will eventually switch back over.
The chase lasts about three minutes, and ends at Galveston Street in Castle Garden City, Algonquin. Kill the two thugs, and then take Bernie back to his apartment to complete the mission.
Chapter 3: Part 4
Bouys ahoy!

Bernie wants to have some "fun," so get on the boat and take him to the coast off Firefly Island. Bernie spots three guys on a boat nearby who soon begin attacking you. These are Dimitri's men, and you must now eliminate them.

Chase Dimitri's men, and watch out for the large boats (particularly the ones near the Algonquin Bridge) which will attempt to block your route. If you manage to kill all of Dimitri's men in the water then the mission is over, however a more likely scenario is that at least one of them will reach land at Dukes, forcing you to get off the boat and kill them/him.
Once the three men have been eliminated, go back and see Bernie to complete the mission. Try to kill as many of Dimitri's men as possible before reaching land, to make your task easier.

I'll take her

In the cutscene, Gerry is surrounded by security men at Alderney State Correctional Facility, so he orders Niko to call Packie for details of the next job. Packie explains that Gerry wants you to kidnap Grace, the daughter of old man Ancelotti, so they can hold her for ransom.

Gracie is selling a pink Feltzer on AutoEroticar.com, so go to the nearest computer terminal (at one of the internet cafes or at either of the Algonquin safehouses) and click on the advert for AutoEroticar. Click on the 'View Cars' link, and then scroll down to Gracie's pink Feltzer. Gracie's number is then automatically added to the phonebook. Log off, and call Gracie at any time between 08:00 and 21:00 to arrange a viewing.

After you've called Gracie, meet her at her house on Schneider Avenue. The house is heavily guarded by Ancelotti goons, so you need to get Gracie away from the house before initiating the kidnap. She agrees to let you test drive the car. When you reach the coast, perform a u-turn and kidnap her. Gracie attempts to call her dad, but Niko grabs her phone and throws it onto the road.
On several occasions, Gracie attempts to grab the steering wheel and throw you off the road, so drive very slowly or the car will flip, which means the mission is failed. Eventually Niko knocks her out, and from there on it's a smooth journey back to the safehouse in Alderney. Gordon is waiting there to take Gracie into the safehouse.

Ransom

This is a very short task which begins after Packie calls you following the mission "I'll Take Her." Go to the safehouse in Alderney, and go upstairs to the first floor where Gracie is being held.

Gracie is tied to a chair in a room which is being guarded by Gordon. Follow the on-screen instructions to slap her and make her look up at you, and then pull out your cellphone and select the Camera option. Capture a photograph of Gracie, send it to Packie, and then leave the building to complete the mission

She's a keeper

Gerry - who is talking in code so that the prison guards don't catch on - instructs Niko to take Gracie to a new safehouse in Algonquin, because the Ancelottis have finally tracked her. After the cutscene, go to the safehouse in Alderney where Gracie is being held, and watch the cutscene as Gordon loads her into the trunk.

After the cutscene, perform a u-turn and drive down the stairs (at the end of the alleyway) onto the freeway. There are three Ancelotti cars in total trying to intercept you, but only two if you use this route.
Travel across the bridge and make your way to Exeter Avenue in Algonquin, where the new safehouse is situated. Be careful when you are driving Gracie, and try not to damage the car too much - if the car gets too damaged, Gracie will die in the trunk, and you won't find out until you reach the safehouse in Algonquin. Complete the mission by getting Gracie to the safehouse in one piece.

Diamonds are a girl's best friend
Gerry reveals that the Ancelottis have agreed to the terms of the ransom. After the cutscene, Niko calls Packie, who has more details. The Ancelottis are going to give you diamonds in exchange for Gracie - these are the same diamonds, incidently, that Ray Boccino wanted earlier. Meet Packie and Gracie at the safehouse in Algonquin, and take them to the Charge Island Sewage Works where the exchange is due to take place.

The Ancelottis get Gracie back, but the exchange is interrupted by Ray Bulgarin, one of Niko's old Russian enemies that you came across in the first chapter. Bulgarin is now claiming ownership of the diamonds, and one of his men manages to steal them before a massive shootout takes place.

Use the car as cover, and throw some grenades to eliminate Bulgarin's men. There are at least half a dozen, so don't run out into open areas until most of them are gone. When all of Bulgarin's men on the ground have been eliminated, follow Packie towards the stairs and eliminate the men at the top - if you have a rocket launcher, now would be a good time to use it.

More attackers spawn behind you, so use the railing as cover and again make use of the rocket launcher if you have one available. Otherwise, take each of them out individually and again follow Packie, taking out anyone in your path.
When you reach the walkway, reinforcements will arrive in three separate vehicles below you. Use the rocket launcher if you have one, or alternatively throw some some grenades. There is one last wave of attackers up ahead, so get rid of them and then approach the man who stole the diamonds. The man accepts that he is going to die either way, so instead of handing over the diamonds, he throws them onto moving traffic below the bridge. Kill the last two attackers, and then take Packie back to his Ma's house in Dukes to finish the mission. So that's it - no diamonds, no girl, no money!

Truck hustle
Phil Bell and Ray Boccino have been working together for a long time, and Phil needs Ray to do him a favour. Ray refuses, and recommends that Niko does it instead. Phil explains that the Triads are moving a lot of drugs around town in a truck, and they are desperate to sell it because they believe it is cursed. Phil wants you to steal the truck and then give him a call once you've got it.

Go to the alley at Franklin Street where the truck is due to arrive. A cutscene shows the van arriving with two Triads inside, and it is followed closely by a car and two Triad vans. You need to eliminate all of the Triads and steal the truck for Phil. Begin by launching a few grenades towards where the two vans are situated (or use a rocket launcher if you have one available) and then take out the two remaining attackers that are closest to you. More attackers arrive in a four-door vehicle, and again the best solution is to launch a grenade or two. If you're using the grenade/rocket launcher approach, the alley should be looking pretty chaotic by now!

Proceed towards the van which has the goods inside, and use the burned-out vehicles as cover. There are about four or five Triads up ahead, most of whom are taking cover behind walls, and you can "throw" them out of cover by launching grenades at these walls, which then enables you to get a clear shot at them.

When you get close to the truck, the Triads attempt to escape with it, so quickly run up behind it and touch the yellow marker. Niko will hang onto the back of the truck, and you then need to follow the on-screen instructions to pull yourself onto the roof. Once you are on the roof, advance to the front of the cab, and hang on carefully while the truck goes around corners to avoid getting thrown off. When you reach the front of the cab, Niko will smash the passenger window and kick out the driver. Niko calls Phil, who tells him to take the heroin to the old mansion on Sacramento Avenue. Phil's nephew, Frankie, will meet you there and take the goods off your hands, until Phil decides what to do with it.

Chapter 3: Part 5
Pegorino's pride

This mission begins at Jimmy Pegorino's mansion in Alderney, where a less-than-happy Mrs. Pegorino greets you at the door. She doesn't seem particularly pleased by the activites of her husband, or the type of people that he's involved with. Jimmy's bodyguard, Anthony, takes you to meet Jimmy in his office, and Jimmy then explains what the problem is. The Pegorinos are doing a deal with the Pavano family, but Jimmy doesn't trust them, so he wants Niko to watch over the deal and act as his security.
After the cutscene, get in Jimmy's car, and wait for Jimmy and his two men (Marco and Pete) to get in. Take them to the deal in Acter Industrial Park, and stop in the yellow marker. Take the sniper rifle to the vantage point inside the building, and watch over the meet. The entrance to the building is right infront of you after the cutscene, and it's very easy to miss, so look carefully for it! Keep a close eye on Pegorino as the Pavanos approach him. The deal [not surprisingly] goes wrong and red target arrows soon appear above the enemies. Pegorino's men are outnumbered (5 to 2) so they get taken out rather quickly, which means you will be left to do most of the work. Once all of the attackers have been eliminated, exit the building and rescue Jimmy!

Take cover and eliminate all of the attackers outside the warehouse. Jimmy is at the opposite end of the warehouse, so go around the outside of the warehouse and approach him from the other end - there are several routes you can take to reach Jimmy, but this is the best route since there are several Pavanos inside the warehouse, and had you taken the 'obvious' route you would have had to confront them.
Approach Jimmy, who is wounded and unable to fight, and then watch the cutscene which follows. The Pavanos are seen escaping with Jimmy's offering, and Jimmy wants it back. Chase the Pavanos, but don't damage their vehicle too much or you risk destroying Jimmy's offering. You can eliminate some of the Pavanos by shooting through the back window of the vehicle, and this will make your task easier when they eventually crash at Red Wing Avenue. When the car stops, eliminate any remaining Pavanos and collect Jimmy's offering. Park the vehicle well away from the Pavanos before getting out to kill them. This will ensure that Jimmy is safe. Take him back to the mansion afterwards to complete the mission.

Payback
Jimmy is pissed off at the way the Pavanos conducted themselves during the deal, and now he has revenge on his mind. Jimmy has learned that the Pavanos are due to make a cash pickup in Alderney soon, and he wants Niko to interrupt it and kill all the Pavanos.

Drive to the diner on Mueri Street in Acter, and stop in the yellow marker. Ensure you are facing north/east when you drive into the marker, because you're going to chase the Pavanos, and this is the direction that the chase begins. During the cutscene, the Pavanos recognize that you are representing the Pegorinos, so they attempt to lose you on the way to the meet.
Chase the Pavanos through the various streets and alleyways, but don't shoot them, because you need them to lead you to the meet. Beware of the buses/vans/fences/scaffolding etc. which are designed specifically in this mission to disrupt your route.

The chase ends at the AutoEroticar showroom in Leftwood. Use your vehicle as cover, and wipe out the Pavanos by launching grenades into the showroom, or alternatively use a rocket launcher. Lose your wanted level to complete the mission.

Catch the wave

This mission begins at the Honkers Club on Phalanx Road in Alderney. Phil's assistant, Tommy, receives a phonecall from Jimmy informing him of an emergency situation at the docks. The Ancelottis are dealing with some Russians, and Phil wants to steal a shipment of cocaine before they can deliver it to the Ancelottis. The drugs are being brought into the city on speedboats from Vice City.
Take Phil to the truck in Leftwood, which was stolen earlier by one of his associates from the Ancelottis. This is the truck that the Russians expect to pick up the shipment, so the plan is to use the truck and let the Russians assume that you and Phil are representing the Ancelottis. This is Jimmy P's "Plan A" according to Phil, but he doesn't expect it to work, so prepare yourself for Plan B...

Drive the truck to the boatyard on Charge Island, where the shipment is due to be collected. Plan A, not surprisingly, fails almost instantly when the Russians refuse to talk to Phil. After the cutscene, back up slightly, get out of the truck, and use the entrance to the boatyard as cover. You need to make your way to the opposite side of the boatyard, which is being heavily guarded by Russians, so Phil will take the right side and you can take the left. Use cover at all times, and eliminate any Russians in your path.
Be sure to keep an eye Phil, and protect him whenever he is attacked. It's probably a good idea to avoid using grenades at this point, because if you accidently kill Phil the mission is failed. There is a health kit beside one of the boats on the left side of the boatyard, so collect it if you need it. When the coast is clear, follow Phil towards the boats outside, which contains the shipment of cocaine.

Find cover immediately when you exit the boatyard, and take out the gunmen on the piers. Phil takes the coke boat on the right, so you need to take the one on the left. Protect Phil from the attacking boats, and follow him to the drop-off point in North Holland. Walk into the yellow marker on the jetty to finish the mission.

Trespass

Phil seems anxious, and he doesn't have much time to explain. Get in the car and travel to the old Sprunk factory near Port Tudor. Someone told Charlie Matteo (a top Ancelotti capo) that it was the Pegorinos who stole the cocaine from the Russians, and Phil needs you to eliminate Charlie before he can share his knowledge with the Commission. He is due to leave the Sprunk factory in a chopper very soon.

There are two ways you can enter the old Sprunk factory:
Enter via the front door, and hit the Ancelottis with everything you've got.
Slip around the back, sneak through the basement and catch the Ancelottis by surprise.
Option 2 is the sensible option since it gives you time to consider your first move, whereas Option 1 doesn't. Option 1 is the "all guns blazing" approach, and you'll have to start shooting immediately when you enter.

Go through the basement and head towards the hole in the wall. Eliminate the gunmen on the stairs, and then make your way up towards the ground floor. Use the couch as cover when you reach the first floor, and eliminate the attackers up ahead (watch out for the one on your left!). There isn't much cover available on the next floor, so approach it with caution and eliminate the attackers as you do so.
Proceed to the next floor, and this time use the door as cover. Launch some grenades, take out any attackers and then move forward. There are more attackers waiting in the next room, so use the entrance as cover and once again throw grenades.

Once the attackers are dead, jump through the window onto the roof below, and immediately take cover. Go after Chubby Charlie (you can take as long as you like, there is no time limit) and eliminate anyone in your way. Kill the attackers on the roof, and then make your way towards the ladders.

When you reach Chubby Charlie on the roof, a cutscene begins, and a chopper arrives to collect him. Switch to the RPG and eliminate the chopper, and then watch the dramatic explosion which follows.
Chapter 3: Part 6
To live and die in Alderney

Angie Pegorino (Jimmy's wife) is seen leaving the office as Niko arrives. It becomes fairly apparent afterwards (judging from Niko's reaction) that the two are having an affair together, but Phil is quick to try and deny this. Phil wants to go and deal with that heroin that he made you steal earlier in the mission "Truck Hustle." It's still being held by his nephew Frankie at the old mansion in Westdyke.

Take Phil to the old mansion in Westdyke and meet up with Frankie. Frankie has loaded the drugs into two separate cars, but during the cutscene some feds show up and attempt to bust Phil. Follow Phil with Frankie and don't let him get busted by the feds. Get close to the car that is pursuing Phil, and shoot the feds through the back window. As the chase progresses, more cops join in, so stay close to Phil and protect him from any attacks. Phil will call you when you reach Fleming Street in Acter - he decides to ditch the vehicles and escape on foot.
Phil stops in an alleyway on Farnsworth Road, and each of you take a bag of heroin each. A cop car approaches the alley from the north, so eliminate them and then quickly face south. Three cop cars arrive, followed by a large police van, so take them all and then clear the path for Phil. Use grenades or an RPG if you have one.

Once the path is clear, follow Bell to the escape van on Edison Avenue, and wait for Phil and Frankie to get in. Lose the three-star wanted level, and take the van to restaurant on Tenmile Street to finish the mission. Use small roads and alleyways to lose the cops quicker (Note: you don't have to take out the police chopper, just ignore it and focus on escaping).

Flat line

Pegorino is paranoid, and he no longer trusts anybody. He recently learned that Anthony (his bodyguard) was wearing a wire, and when Anthony was confronted he suffered a heart attack. Anthony is now recovering in the Leftwood Hospital, and Pegorino wants him dead.

Go to the Leftwood Hospital on Long John Avenue. There is a heavy presence of cops inside (protecting Anthony) so don't enter the building with a weapon drawn. Anthony is in the ER Department, so enter the building and follow the signs to get there. Turn right when you go in, and turn right again to enter the locker room. Walk into the yellow marker to disguise yourself as a doctor, and then make your way to Anthony's room down the corridor.
Unplug the life support machine, and then leave the hospital quickly and discreetly. The cops become aware of Anthony's death as you are walking down the corridor, so prepare yourself for a shootout. If you need health, use the Sprunk vending machine in the reception area. More cops are waiting outside the hospital entrance, so again be prepared. Find a vehicle and lose your wanted level to complete the mission.

Pest control

Pegorino is hosting a meeting with Phil and Ray to discuss the rat situation. Someone is talking, but they don't know who it is. Tensions are rising between Phil and Ray, and they each offer Jimmy separate advice before leaving the room. Jimmy reveals that he is suspicious of both Phil and Ray, but he doesn't know which one to whack. He's going to have to think about it, so he'll call you later with his decision.

A short while after the cutscene, Jimmy calls and reveals that he wants you to kill Ray. Head over to East Holland, where Ray is due to leave in a car shortly. Stop in the yellow marker and watch the cutscene which follows. Niko calls Pegorino for further instructions, and Pegorino reveals that Ray has hired protection because he has grown suspicious of Niko.

Ray and his bodyguards are heading to a chop shop in BOABO. Pegorino has ordered them to stop at a gas station, in order to give you an opportunity to kill them. Overtake Ray and his bodyguards when you reach Lancaster, and exit your vehicle at San Juan Road. Ray and his bodyguards will stop at the Terroil gas station, so use the rocket launcher to exterminate them. Wait until the cars are close to each other so that one catches fire as the other explodes.

Entourage
Go and meet Jon Gravelli at the Schottler Medical Center in Dukes. Mr. Gravelli heads up the Gambetti Crime Syndicate, and has connections with James Pegorino and your "mutual friend" from U.L. Paper. Gravelli is old and dying, but he still cares passionately about his legacy. Some Russians are trying to take control of rackets that his family has run for fifty years, and Gravelli isn't happy about it.
Gravelli wants Niko to work for him, in exchange for getting the police off his back, and in exchange for bringing Darko Brevic (the man who betrayed Niko) into the city. Gravelli then goes on to explain your task: a dear friend of Gravelli's is coming in from upstate to deliver a speech on Russian organized crime, and Gravelli needs you to act as security and get him to City Hall safely.

Go to Grand Easton Terminal, get in the car and wait for Bobby Jefferson to get in. Follow the convoy car to City Hall, and protect Jefferson at all costs. Roadworks on Luddite Row forces the driver in front to stop, and the convoy is ambushed by Russians. Take cover in the alleyway and eliminate all of the attackers. There are attackers situated to your left, to your right, in the alley across the street and on the roof above you. Deal with the ones straight ahead first, and then deal with the sides. Once they have been eliminated, move out onto the street and use the car as cover to eliminate the gunmen on the roof.
Now take Bobby Jefferson to safety. Four cars begin chasing, and you can choose to either destroy them or simply outrun them as you would if you were escaping from cops. Once you have lost the pursuers, take Jefferson to City Hall, and stop in the yellow marker to complete the mission.

Dining out

Mr. Gravelli has some news about Darko Brevic. The "mutual friend" has located him in Bucharest, and it turns out he wasn't in Switzerland afterall. Darko is being brought to Liberty City as we speak. Meanwhile, Gravelli owes the mutual friend a favour. Remember Derrick's friend Kim, the guy you escorted with fake cash during the mission "Babysitting"? The mutual friend wants him dead.

"Kim Young-Guk" eats at Mr. ♥♥♥'s Rice Box in Alderney City. Head over to the restaurant and destroy the vehicles in the car park around the back before entering the restaurant - this will make the chase later on a lot easier. The man at the desk says Kim is in a meeting and doesn't want to see anybody. Kill the man behind the desk, and then look for Kim in the manager's office upstairs.

Kim is heavily protected, so be cautious as you move into the main section of the restaurant. Use the entrance as cover, and eliminate Kim's guards on the stairs. When you reach the top of the stairs, do a 180 degree turn and kill the enemies above you. Find cover when you reach the main eating area and kill any remaining attackers in the restaurant. There is no time limit on this mission, so don't rush, and plan your moves carefully. If you need health at any time, simply exit the restaurant, get out your cellphone, and dial 911 for paramedics. Then go back inside the restaurant and continue searching for Kim.

Go to the manager's office and talk to him. The manager denies having any knowledge of Kim's whereabouts, so target him to get him to talk. Kim knows you are there, and is currently trying to escape from the restaurant. Grab the armour on the manager's desk, and exit the office with caution - more of Kim's guards are waiting outside. The mission instructs you to "chase" Kim, but you can in fact take as long as you like at this part - Kim only starts running when you enter the kitchen on the opposite side of the restaurant.

Kill the guards, and start chasing Kim. Kill him
Chapter 3: Part 7
Liquidize the assets

When you meet Gravelli this time, he's talking with the "mutual friend." The friend informs Gravelli that the Ancelottis are dealing cocaine with the Russians, and this is a relationship which greatly displeases Mr. Gravelli. The friend explains that the distribution network is a fleet of vans parked at a grocery warehouse in Alderney City, and he needs you to "destroy everything."

The warehouse is on Mueri Street, and there are five vans inside which are all lined with cocaine. The business is just a cover for the drugs, so the compound is heavily guarded by the Russians. The first thing you need to do is find a way into the compound, so climb over the metal fence, but not the main fence, use the fence to the right of it (A). Go straight ahead and climb onto the blue container next to the wall (B). Then climb onto the wall (C) and use the air vents (D-F) on the building to climb onto the roof (G).

Find cover, and start picking off the snipers on the other buildings in the compound. Watch out for the two Russians who are situated on the building adjoined to the one you are presently on - they will climb down the ladder and try to attack you. Take your time, and eliminate everyone until you hear no more gunshots.
Proceed straight ahead and climb the ladder until you reach the roof of the adjoined building. Eliminate as many people on the ground as you can before heading down. For now, simply focus on getting rid of the guards, and ignore the vans for the moment.

Once you've climbed the ladder, collect the armour next to the door and make your way down to the ground. The first van (1) is right next to the door that you exit from. Stand at a safe distance from the van, and throw a grenade towards it.
There is a first aid kit on the wall up ahead, around the corner from where the second van (2) is situated. You can't actually see the second van from this location, but you don't necessarily need to - refer to the radar, and throw a grenade in the general direction of the van to destroy it. This will also take out the guards who are protecting the van.
Now move forward to the area which had the second van, and blow up the three remaining vans (3-5) using grenades or rockets. The remaining vans are all located in separate garages. Watch out for more guards though, and don't run into open areas until you are positive there is nobody else left. The mission is complete as soon as the final van is destroyed.

Chapter 3 summary
You're almost to the end. Welcome. You get to shoot more ♥♥♥♥ than ever. Enjoy.
Chapter 4
That special someone
After completing "Weekend at Florian's", "Pest Control" and "Liquidize the Assets", Niko is contacted by U.L. Paper to say that Darko Brevic has been brought into the country. He is being dropped off in the cargo area at the airport.
Niko calls Roman to tell him the news about Darko. Roman insists on going with you, so pick him up at Firefly Island before heading to the airport. You don't need to worry about health/armour/ammo in this mission, as there are no shootouts involved.

After collecting Roman, drive to the cargo area at Francis International Airport and stop in the yellow marker. A van arrives, from which Darko Brevic emerges, with his hands tied behind his back. Darko looks as if he's been living a rough life - the guilt of betraying his friends many years ago has clearly destroyed him. Niko confronts him, and demands an explanation for the betrayal. "We were friends, but I had other friends. Friends that Goran and his guys killed," explains Darko.
Darko invites Niko to kill him, because in his opinion it would be "doing him a favour." Roman advises him not to - he believes Darko should be left to suffer instead.

After the cutscene, you have a choice to make. You can either execute Darko (using the pistol) or decide to let him live. Your decision will have no major impacts on the storyline, all it affects are a few lines of dialogue after the mission. Make your decision, and then take Roman back to Brucie's place in Broker. Afterwards, Niko calls Bernie to inform him of the situation.

One last thing

Meet Jimmy at the Honkers club in Tudor - he has another favour to ask. The Pegorinos are in all kinds of trouble, and Jimmy needs you to do a deal with some Russians as a last attempt to save the family business. Jimmy has found a buyer for the heroin that Phil made you steal in the mission "Truck Hustle," but Jimmy needs you to work Dimitri in order to sell it. Niko refuses to work with Dimitri after he betrayed him, but Jimmy says he should put their differences behind him and focus on the cash.

After reluctantly agreeing to do the deal for Jimmy, Niko calls Roman and then Kate for some advice. Roman says you should do the deal and forget about your differences with Dimitri, whereas Kate believes you shouldn't compromise what you believe in for money.

Two icons are placed on the radar - a red dagger representing 'revenge' and a green dollar sign representing 'deal'. You now have to decide what you're going to do, based on the advice given to you by Kate and Roman. So will it be deal or revenge? Your decision will have major impacts on the final outcome of the story, and if you wish to know what these impacts are, read ahead and find out.
Finale:Deal
If the price is right

Follow the "$" icon on the radar to meet up with Phil, and take him to the warehouse in Port Tudor. During the trip, Phil explains what is going to happen at the deal. Be sure to have plenty of health, armour and ammo before starting the mission.

Phil explains that Dimitri will hand over the heroin to the buyers (at a separate location) while you and Phil go in and collect the money. Dimitri will call once it's done, and the buyers will hand over the cash once they receive word that the H has been collected.

When you reach the warehouse in Port Tudor, Dimitri calls to give you an update. Instead of giving the buyers the heroin, Dimitri decided to kill them and keep it instead. "If I was you, I'd go and get the money off them. It has to be on the site. That way we all win," he claims. Phil says the buyers won't let you leave without a fight, so you may aswell go in and take the cash.

Follow Phil around to the side of the warehouse, and use the ladder to get onto the roof. Phil wants to get an idea of what is going on inside, so go over to the glass panel on the roof. Drop into the warehouse with Phil, and stay close to him at all times. The cash is in an office at the opposite end of the warehouse, and is represented by a yellow blip on the radar.

Follow Phil through the warehouse and eliminate anyone in your path. There isn't a lot of cover on the upper level of the warehouse, but use whatever you can find and eliminate the attackers. Watch out for the gunmen coming up the stairs, and deal with the attackers on the walkway first before moving down to the ground floor.

Use the sniper rifle from the walkway to eliminate as many enemies as possible. There is a health kit beside the yacht in the middle of the warehouse on the ground floor, and a second health kit is situated in the office which holds the cash. As you approach the office, shoot the gunmen through the window and then follow Phil towards the door. As Phil breaks into the office, the buyers attempt to escape with the cash.

Follow the buyers to the bottom of the stairs and get in a vehicle with Phil. First you will see a truck (inside the warehouse) but outside there is a Rancher and a Sanchez, which may be more suitable for chasing. Chase the buyers, and be careful to avoid any objects which are thrown from back of the truck.

Shoot the delivery truck until it stops, and then waste the driver and pick up the cash. Take Phil back to the club to complete the mission. Niko calls Roman and Pegorino after the mission to let them know what happened, and both are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Mr. and Mrs Bellic

After completing "If The Price is Right," Roman calls to remind you to be at the church by 10:00 AM. You need to look smart for the wedding, so get a suit from one of the safehouses, or purchase one at Perseus.
Roman calls again shortly before the wedding to find out where you are. Afterwards, a yellow blip appears on the radar which represents the church. Meet Roman at the church on Liberty Lane in Suffolk, and watch the cutscene which follows.

During the cutscene, Roman and Mallorie get married at the church, and guests at the wedding include Little Jacob, Badman, Brucie and Bernie. While the couple are celebrating outside, one of Dimitri's men tries to kill Niko. There is a struggle between Niko and the hitman, during which Roman is accidentally shot and killed.

After the cutscene, you wake up at the safehouse in Bohan, and you now need to start preparing for the final mission. It's time to get revenge on Dimitri.

A revengers tragedy

Make sure you have full health, armour and plenty of weapons before starting the mission (plenty of grenades and an RPG would be useful). Meet Jacob at Koresh Square in Alderney City, and get inside Jacob's car.

After the cutscene, Pegorino's goons are seen leaving the building. Follow the goons, but don't shoot them because you need them to lead you to Jimmy Pegorino. The chase initially heads South before switching North, and it eventually leads to an old casino on Beaverhead Avenue. The chase goes on for about three minutes in total.

When you reach the casino, the car comes under heavy fire, and Jacob leaves to work on an escape plan. Use the car as cover, and eliminate all of Pegorino's goons outside the casino. Focus on the ones on the roof of the casino first, and then take out the ones straight ahead. Use the RPG to blow up their cars (which they are using as cover) but be careful not to blow yourself up - stand well away from any cars etc.
Once you've taken out most of the goons, proceed forward towards the old casino, and use the bags of consutrction material (or one of the burned out vehicles) as cover. From this position, eliminate any remaining attackers using grenades, rockets, and anything else you have available. When you are sure that no more attackers are present, go towards the entrance of the casino and take cover.

Launch some grenades into the casino, then move inside and eliminate the survivors. Some of the attackers are hard to get because they are using cover, and one option is to stand well away from the entrance, and fire some rockets using the RPG. Be sure to collect the health kit on the wall to your left as you go into the casino.
Thankfully, there aren't as many goons inside the casino as there were outside. Once everyone is dead, make your way towards the doorway at the end of the room, and a cutscene begins. Dimitri kills Pegorino, and attempts to escape via the roof, so chase him up the stairs (keep going left) and use the fire exit to get on to the roof. Follow Dimitri across the roof, killing his goons as you do so.

Dimitri gets into a waiting chopper, but Niko manages to grab onto it before it escapes. A few seconds later, however, Niko falls off and lands in the water. Get in the Squalo speedboat next to the jetty and begin chasing Dimitri.
Dimitri's men fire rockets at your boat, so do your best to dodge them but continue focusing on the chase. Eventually a chopper arrives, carrying Little Jacob, and you need to get under the chopper and climb onto it. Once you have control of the chopper, begin firing miniguns at Dimitri's helicopter until it catches fire.

Eventually, Dimitri's chopper crashes at Happiness Island, but Niko's chopper also crashes. Begin chasing Dimitri across the island, and kill any cops who get in your way - if you're low on health at this point then it's better to shoot them than ignore them. Follow Dimitri onto the grass below the Statue of Happiness and finish him off. Watch the final cutscene as Niko gets his revenge.

Finale:Revenge
A dish served cold
The Russians are loading heroin onto the cargo ship at the docks, and Dimitri is supervising the operation in the ship's hold. The doors to the cargo hold are controlled from the bridge (1) so this is the first place you need to go. Use the controls at the bridge to open the doors (2) in order to get your revenge on Dimitri.

After the cutscene, a yellow blip on the radar indicates the bridge. The ship is very heavily guarded by Dimitri's men, so first you should find a vantage point and take out as many guards as possible before entering the ship. Go straight ahead and use the ladder to climb to the top of the crane (3) next to the ship. This provides a magnificient view of the ship, and you can use the sniper rifle to eliminate each of the guards.

Before eliminating the guards on the ship, focus on the three guards standing at the foot of the crane next to the truck. Kill these guards using the sniper rifle, and then turn your attention to the guards on the ship. The guards are situated in all areas of the ship, but most of them are concentrated near the bridge at the Southern end.

As mentioned already, there are a lot of guards on the ship, so it requires time and patience to eliminate all of them. Be sure to eliminate the guard standing inside the door (4) aswell, as this is the door you need to need to use in order to get to the bridge. Once you have sniped as many guards as possible, get off the crane and make your way to the second crane (5) and do exactly the same thing as before.
When you can hear no more gunshots, get off the crane and use the stairs to get on the ship. If you need health at any time during the mission, get off the ship, go to a road and call 911 for paramedics. When you get on the ship, enter the tower and eliminate the guards in the kitchen. You can use the entrance as cover and throw grenades inside to take out multiple enemies at once.

Collect the health in the kitchen if you require it, and then make your way towards the stairs. There is another guard waiting at the top of the stairs. When you reach the top, find cover and throw some grenades down the corridor to eliminate the guards. There is ammo in the first room to your left, and armour in the second room to the right.
Continue making your way towards the bridge, eliminating anyone who gets in your way. When you reach the control room, take cover at the entrance, and kill the guard inside. Operate the controls to open the cargo hold, and collect the armour behind you if necessary. After the cutscene, some of the guards will respawn, so use the bridge as a vantage point to kill any attackers below you.

Note that the red blip on the radar represents Dimitri, it does not represent the entrance to the cargo hold (2). The entrance to the cargo hold is further along. Go down into the cargo hold, and use the crates as cover as you eliminate the guards. Approach Dimitri and watch the cutscene. Afterwards, Dimitri takes cover behind one of the crates, and more of his guards arrive to protect him.

You don't need to kill Dimitri's guards at this point. All you have to do is kill Dimitri, so if you have a sniper rifle or RPG available, use them to kill Dimitri. A cutscene begins, and afterwards you are faced one-to-one with Dimitri. Use the pistol to perform an execution, and then get off of the ship. Niko calls Roman after the mission to tell him what happened, and although he is disappointed at losing out on the money, he respects your decision nevertheless.

Mr. and Mrs. Bellic

After completing "A Dish Served Cold," Roman calls to remind you to be at the church by 10:00 AM. You need to look smart for the wedding, so get a suit from one of the safehouses, or purchase one at Perseus.
Before the wedding, go and pick up Kate and then sound the horn to attract her attention. Meet Roman at the church on Liberty Lane in Suffolk (indicated by the yellow blip on the radar) and watch the cutscene which follows.

During the cutscene, Roman and Mallorie get married at the church, and guests at the wedding include Little Jacob, Badman, Brucie and Bernie. While the couple are celebrating outside, Pegorino arrives and attempts to eliminate Niko, but he accidently kills Kate instead.

After the cutscene, you wake up at the safehouse in Bohan, and you now need to start preparing for the final mission.

Out of commission

Make sure you have full health, armour and plenty of weapons before starting the mission (plenty of grenades and an RPG would be useful). Meet Roman and Jacob at Koresh Square in Alderney City, and get inside Jacob's car.

After the cutscene, Pegorino's goons are seen leaving the building. Follow the goons, but don't shoot them because you need them to lead you to Jimmy Pegorino. Once everyone is dead, make your way towards the doorway at the end of the room, and a cutscene begins. Pegorino attempts to escape via the roof, so chase him up the stairs (keep going left) and use the fire exit to get on to the roof. Kill the two goons on the roof and then slide down the ladders.

Run forward and use the bags of construction material as cover. Eliminate Pegorino's goons, and keep moving forward using cover wherever possible. There is no time limit at this part, so you can take as long as you wish. When you reach the road at the end of the casino, more of Pegorino's goons arrive in a car. Try to eliminate them using the RPG before they can get out, otherwise just kill them individually.

When you reach the jetty, Pegorino escapes in a speedboat. Get on the Sanchez, stick to the coastline and begin chasing Pegorino. You don't need to go at top speed, but don't go too slow either or Pegorino will get away. Eventually, a chopper arrives carrying Jacob and Roman, and you need to accelerate off the Jetty to get on to the chopper. Climb onto the chopper, stay close to Pegorino, and begin firing miniguns at his boat (don't descend the chopper too quickly or you'll end up in the water!).

Eventually, Pegorino's boat catches fire. One of his goons fires a rocket towards the chopper, which then also catches fire. Pegorino's boat and the chopper come to a stop on Happineness Island. Begin chasing Pegorino, and kill any cops who get in your way - if you're low on health at this point then it's better to shoot them than ignore them. Follow Pegorino onto the grass and finish him off. Watch the final cutscene in satisfacion.

Conclusion
Well well well. You've came from a illegal immigrant from some country in Eastern Europe. You came to Liberty City lookin' for a revenge. In the process, you made over 700 thousand dollars. Enough to fufill Roman's dream of a mansion, eh?You've killed hundreds, if not thousands, of people. Congratulations, you're now to truly able to roam around Liberty City, killin' b*tchs and takin' money. Enjoy your time.
