Procedural tasks
Money rewarding side tasks

Little Jacob's and Badman's drug delivery
[2%]
Now, these mission are readily available to do at anytime after completing concrete jungle. You will recieve a text from Little Jacob, and after reading that text you can do drug running missions for Jacob by going into your phone, entering your phonebook and entering Jacobs' options. Select the 'Job' option. You will then have to go and get into a car that will be marked on your minimap. Deliever the vehicle to the target destination in the unspecified time limit. You will recieve payments upon completion of each of the 10 deliveries.

Brucie's car exports
[2%]
These missions will be available after the completion of the 'Logging on' mission;recieved from Roman. After completion of this, you will recieve, at some point, a call from Roman saying that Brucie has a business proposition for us. You will thereafter be able to check your emails and you will recieve a email from Brucie with a picture of a car attached. Reply positively to this email, and you will begin a mission where you have to steal, and then deliever a car to Brucie's lockup. You will be paid a sum of money. This sum of money will be considerably less if you trash the car too bad. If you do trash the car, take it to the pay n' spray near the park in Hove Beach. There are 10 of these missions.

Brucie's races
[2%]
These side missions are available after completing Brucie's mission 'No.1'. You can access these missions the same way you can access Little Jacob's;by recieving a phonecall/text, and then after the option will reside in their phone menus'. Brucies' coption is called 'Race'. These are only available at certain times, so try regularly. You are only required to do 9 races. After this you will be able to do a additional 11 races, but they won't count towards your 100% mark. You will also be paid for winning each race.

Assassinations

[2%]
These missions are one of the better requirements for 100% completion. I mean, come on, who doesn't love killing people for money?Anyhow, these missions will be available after meeting Phil Bell and completing the first mission he gives you. A man called the Fixer becomes interested in using you. The phonebox near Phil's workplace will have a crosshairs on it on the worldmap. When activating these, you will be given one of the 9 jobs. You will always be left a weapon suitable to the job and body armour on the otherside of the fence that the phonebox is against.
Here are the 9 missions:

Water hazard
The target is on a boat anchored just off shore. You may want to use an RPG to send her down with the ship, or shoot them with a Sniper Rifle. After you kill the target, you will not need to worry about the police once Niko calls The Fixer telling him that he killed the target, because your wanted level will disappear once the call is made.

Dead end
The target are some members of The Lost Brotherhood, or Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. They are in Alderney, when you come close to them they will drive away and you will have to give chase, however they will lure you into an ambush where you will have to take out many enemies.
If you take a cab to the destination, watch them drive away and then run towards their destination - you will get there after the ambush has arrived and you can easily take them out using your assault rifle. If you have a Rocket Launcher you can shoot the Patriot as it drives away to end the mission and never face the ambushers

There's an easy and fun way to take them all out easily: Keep behind the "escaping" Patriot and when the ambush is triggered, quickly get back to the street you came from, hide behind a corner and get out of the car. Now all thugs in the alleyway will run out from behind the corner one by one and you can shoot them all easily or throw a grenade for killing multiple targets at once.

Migration control
The target is attempting to catch a helicopter. Either use an RPG and blow it up when they board it, or shoot them with a sniper rifle.

Derelict target
The targets are members of the Triads, and Russian Mafia. There are 3 heavily guarded targets to be wiped out in a stripped out building in Alderney City. This is a hard mission because the police get involved regardless of whether or not you shoot anybody - it's scripted so when you get to the level where the second person is, the cops will come starting at a 1 star level and going up to two stars once you shoot another baddie. Of course, you have to move fast or end up killing policemen and your wanted level goes up to 4 stars. The easiest way to do this is to get a helicopter, go to the street level where you can see two of the targets, snipe them, and then fly to the roof of the same building and through the partially destroyed roof shoot the third person. If you do attract police, just fly away.

Bailing out for good
This target is bailing out of a police station. Kill him outside it or chase him down when he gets in his car and kill him that way. This is a realatively easy mission. There are a lot of cops in the area so you should kill him quick and then get out of the area. Also, if you run into and kill him, the mission is passed as well.

Hook, line and sinker
The target is on a boat, use a boat to get closer and give chase, shooting the boat until it explodes
A much easier way is to use a boat to get only a little closer and snipe the target. This is easiest when positioned behind the target's boat as the target's head can be covered by windshield from other directions.
You could also snipe the driver from the beach, if you're a trustworthy shot.
Note: You don't have to kill both occupants, just the driver (left seat).

R.U.B. Down
The target is in the Acter Industrial park not far to the south. However there are actually three, and they are all on bikes. Chase them down and kill them. Easier way to kill them instantly is to use a grenade. Sneak behind the concrete fence on the west side of the alleyway and throw a grenade over it. If you find yourself unable to hit them by manual aim, you can park a car by the fence and jump on its roof, then use auto-aim.

Industrial action
Three targets have to be taken out at the industrial park. They are up high on some walkways, and are guarded by a number of guards. The best way is to use a sniper form the north side and pick off as many as you can. Then get closer and take out the rest. Some targets may try to use two Landstalkers parked on the road just south of the walkway to escape.
Note: There is a $10,000 bonus on this contract. In the middle walkway between the two towers there is a sports bag that contains the money (presumably for the deal). To get the cash simply walk up to the bag. Be warned, this disappears after killing an undetermined amount of enemies.

Taken out
The target is moving in a convoy. Take a good handling car and drive up towards the target. The convoy is a stretch and two SUVs. If you are in a helicopter, slowly and methodically crash into the limousine, which pretty much makes it undriveable, and then just drill everybody with your SMG or Carbine Rifle. Another way to stop them is to get ahead of the limousine and through a Grenade outside of the window, this will stop the convoy and if you time it just right you will even be able to blow up the convoy and the target as well.

Vigilante and police missions
[5%]
These missions do NOTgive you money. All you have to do is aquire a police vehicle, access the police computer and kill all of the most wanted. There are 30 in total, 10 on each island. You also have to deal with 20 'current' crimes.

Enjoy!

The dreaded
Here we are. Almost at the end. Been pretty easy so far, hasn't it? You might not thing so, but this is the part you're going to hate me for, and i understand.
Stevie's car thefts
[2%]

After completion of the mission Smackdown for Derrick McReary, Brucie's mate Stevie - the guy who owned the yellow Comet you borrowed back in No. 1 - will send you a text message with a proposition: if you 'acquire' a particular vehicle for him, he'll pay handsomely in return. This message is the first in a series of thirty that you must read and follow in order to obtain that coveted 100% completion statistic.
The order of the vehicles is completely random, meaning that Stevie's first request could range from a vehicle parked out in the open on the side of the street, to one nestled away in an off-road garage. Unlike Brucie's requests however, these text messages aren't considered 'missions' in the game's sense of the term - there's no need to respond to the message to trigger the hunt as there is with Brucie's. The vehicles will never be moving. They will always be parked or stationary.
You'll know if you've located the right vehicle as a line of text will pop up at the bottom of the screen - "You've found the vehicle Stevie is looking for". From here, you're required to drive it all the way to the garage located in South Bohan, with the payout on offer decreasing with every hit you take while at the wheel. There's two options here as far as maximising your pay goes - drive safely (good luck with that...), or in style perhaps truer to that of the GTA series, you can go as crazy as you want, and, as long as the thing still goes, drop by the local Pay N Spray to fix it up before coasting the last few metres to the designated drop-off point.

The thirty vehicles and their respective locations as described by Stevie are listed below.

Banshee - Galveston Avenue near Middle Park.
Bobcat - top floor of the airport car park.
Buccaneer - in the Industrial District.
Cavalcade - near the Westdyke Memorial Hospital, in Leftwood.
Cognoscenti - Alderny City.
Comet - near the Swingers golf club.
Contender - by Twitchin's in Boabo.
Coquette - in Suffolk, driven by a priest.
DF8-90 - in the car park under the station by the amusement park.
Dilettante - in front of the Canyon Megaplex in Willis.
Dukes - on Vauxite Street in East Holland.
Faggio - by the Dragon Heart Plaza on Diamond Street, China Town.
Freeway - near the Willis Wash & Lube.
Huntley Sport - from the LCPD station in Northern Gardens.
Infernus - near Outlook Park.
Intruder - near the Liberty Transport Authority building in Rotterdam Hill.
Manana - parked behind the old Burger Shot near the Huntington St station.
Moonbeam - on Charge Island.
NRG 900 - on the corner of Bismarck Ave and Topaz St, in Lancaster.
Patriot - near those two joined towers down in Castle Gardens.
PMP 600 - parked down a lane in The Exchange district.
Rancher - at Liberty State Delivery by the docks in Port Tudor.
Rebla - at Fanny Crab's eatery by Grand Easton station.
Sabre GT - owner by a guy near the Meadows Park towers.
Sentinel - parked by the docks in Normandy.
Sultan - in the drive-way of a big green house in Berchem.
Super GT - on Calcium St, in front of 69 Exchange.
Turismo - owned by a guy over on Owl Creek Ave, in Westdyke.
Voodoo - owned by someone in the LC24 tower in East Island City.
Washington - by the outdoor pool in Steinway.

Unique stunt jumps
These stuntjumps are usually a b*tch to find and complete, but thankfully we have the internet. Now, to complete these jumps you're gunna need a fast vehicle, preferably a bike, or failing that a Turismo or other supercar. [2.5%]

The first five are quite easy - just remember to get a long enough run-up and you'll be fine. Three and four are consecutive - but be careful to remove the exploding barrel from the alleyway entrance BEFORE you take your run-up.

The first 5

We've numbered thestunt locations here - all of these are in Broker, the first area of the city, so you can get going on these right away!

6-10

The next set of jumps are also in Broker, and pose little challenge, except perhaps for jump 9, which requires a lot of speed, but doesn't have a clear landing point. Aim foor inbetween the trees and not to land on the motorway.

Number 11

One more in Broker first. Incidentally, it's worth saving your game at the safehouse every now and then, and making sure you load the right file as you don't want your jumps to be undone by an unsaved game.

12-15

Head across the bridge to the north (remember to pay the toll!) and you'll get to Bohan, the smallest of the four islands. There's a neat double-jump here for 14 and 15 - just remember not to go too fast over the first jump or you'll overshoot the next one.

16

Okay, we missed this one. Sorry guys :(

17-20

Some tricky ones here motherf*ckers, some dodgey run-ups.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nCY2ZRQuG3k

NOTE: My picture for these 4 wouldn't upload. :( Here's a video. ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE CREATORS.

21-25

With the redlines, go to the red circles' alley and follow it up onto the train tracks. Jump on the top, little grip on the tracks.

26-29

Over halfway now folks, be glad.

Jump 26
The reason we're tackling this one now and not earlier is because although you can see it from the first island, you'll get a 6-star wanted level if you attempt it before opening up Alonquin. Now, the best thing to do is line up your bike perfectly before you tackle the jump - then just back up without touching the steering at all. Now, assuming nobody gets in your way, you'll be able to take the jump knowing you're going to land in the centre of the bridge - the only place it'll register as successful.

27-29
Nothing tricky here, although there are loads of ramps in the water, so you might have to try a few before you find exactly which ones trigger the stunts. Check the video if you get stuck.

30

I couldn't figure out exactly where i was supposed to land on this one(which is up at the north of the island near jumps 17 and 18), as every time i landed up on the road it said 'not good enough'. So my advice is to follow the run-up and just go as far as you can. It triggered for me in the water, so that's good enough.

31-35

Most of the jumps are easy enough; don't overshoot!

36-40

You can probably clear the building in jump 36, but it doesn't seem to matter if you don't. The rest are pretty simple, with the only difficulty being controlling your bike over the bumps.

I HAD TO CONTINUE THIS INTO ANOTHER PART, CALLED THE DREADED PART 2
The dreaded:Part 2
I had to continue this onto a second part for some reason sorry.

41-45

Another set of easy jumps, although jump 45 has no obvious landing destination, so just launch yourself off the edge and hope you're going fast enough.

46-50

Phew! Almost got them all, and heres the best for last. Jump 50 sees you soaring across the open water - of course you'll need some serious speed up for this one. Here's the map.

Now, the bane of your quest for 100% completion. This is your final test of endurance. For this, you need:A helicoptor, Lots of bullets, a immense amount of patience. For, you are about to take on the flying rats of Liberty City. This, is a ♥♥♥♥♥.
[2.5%]

Here's the map showing the location of all the rats. Goodluck in your endevours!

Conclusion
You, have reached the end of your journey for 100% completion. I salute you, as should anyone else who has attempted and failed this.

On a more positive note, i did type and research this all by myself. Please leave constructive critism and ratings!

Have a nice day!

Nice, you could put the hours for some "smurfs" because some could only be activated at like 22:00-4:00 in game(10PM-4AM).

Kate doesn't matter, just like Dwayne if you kill him. Oh, and Bernie's... (HEY!) ..oh yeah, sorry. Florian's award Infernus from Bruce is't have to be taken. If you want to save space on your parking slots, leave Infernus where it is.
