Note: This is for Beta18, not going to worry about changing the A18 to B18 in the art or title. There was no change from the last unstable A18 build to the release of B18.

This mod reduces the cost in stone blocks of creating flagstone floors from 4 stone blocks down to two. This does not change the attribute of not being able to reclaim any materials via removing Flagstone floors.

Actualy, yea. The faster build is a terible trade off considering it has no positive mood change, no reclaim value, and cost four. honestly this is what it should've been in vanilla.
