Converted standard high value home chosen to look great and to fit in low density areas.

City Advantage:

1) Senior Cims will move out of residential areas, allowing young Cims to move into now available residential areas close to work.

2) By placing death care facilities in close proximity to these assets, your city is able to address "Death Waves" quickly and quietly as your Cims age and pass on.

3) Allows your city to properly handle or alleviate the games "Senior Waves".

4) City Income – The Mod allows you to earn city income using this building as outlined in the Mod instructions.

I heard you wanted my asset list. This is the latest map Im creating. Enjoy. 81 tile map All DLCS inc match of the days and the big collosal stadium with 2 rails included. I usually play with very slow aging 1/16th so I can track my sims over a week via fav cims. Unlimited Outside connections mod of penguins. Find it and beautification. Traffic manager prez edition and improved public transport. Your lovely Nursing homes are also making nice profits too. Moveit, fine road anarchy. Show more limits. Employ overeducated workers.Fill the houses. Historic buildings. Loading screen mod. No abandonment. parkify plopable rico, workshop rico settings. Winter buildings unlocker althou I cant get them on summer maps. Unlimited ore & oil, touch this. Senior citizens mod

Here the paperwork and inspections average $100, the rest of the income goes to the home paid either by cash, insurance or government..... so also don't want to kill this asset for thowe who don't use the earn feature. They are all set to $100, the larger facilities house more of your retired per square freeing up living space for working tax payers..... subscribe to my tax offfice to make up for the difference as the tax office actually collects taxes for your city.

ok now it makes a profit at $48 for full capacity and i have x 2 pack them in and it still makes 48 . ironically the 12 home also makes the same profit of 48 for 4 less rooms. Is 48 the max level 5 home can make regardless of amount of people in the building?

Ok, steam did not update the correct version so I opened the upload container and manually inserted the correct file. This is not a hospice and never has been anything but a 5 Star, but maintenance was set to zero. This uploaded version has been resubscribed, game reloaded and 100 in maintenance has been confirmed. Please open CS and usbuscribe through game, then exit game, resubscribe and start game... then have fun AND make moeny :) Thanks for your help on this.

thisone and hospice lev 2 dont have maintainance cost or profit.

The mod actually calculates the maintenance times a multiplier in the mod. Not sure if capacity actually kicks it in or not. I can double check again to see which version steam pulled.

Just did all that still nothing unless it makes a profit at full cap but my other ones already there that are full arent. The only other one that doesnt profit is the hospice care lev2. The ones that work are level 3 Atrium and i bel;ieve the other lev 3 . def teh 4 star basic and even the 2 star basic and of course the lev 5 nursing with 12 rooms.

Ok my friend, the profit value is determined by the maintenance cost, and the maintenance value was set to zero instead of 100. unsubscribe; load and exit the game; resubscribe; click like and rate up :) .... and this asset will generate funds.

yes its weird because i have the level 5 nursing home that houses 12 and that one makes a profit after a certain amount of people are in and the setting is on 'show me the money'. the 16 home lev 5 sadly doesnt change with any red figures to green or anything.
