[WOTC] Suppressable Targeting Abilities

Leírás
Allows suppression to reduce the range of most free targeting AoE abilities by 60%, and poison to reduce the range by 25%, stacks multiplicatively, configurable in INI.

This mod also removes snapping for most abilities.

Compatibility Note:
Overwrites X2AbilityTarget_Cursor and X2TargetingMethod_BasterLauncher used by all ability templates.

i found xcomgame.ini file but there was no [SuppressableTargetingAbilitiesWOTC.X2Cursor_Suppressable]

this does not patch out each ability one by one, it just override everything that uses X2AbilityTarget_Cursor and make them stop snapping. If any ability is making their own custom targeter they may not use that and will be completely unaffected by this mod.
