Phox Race

Adds the phox race to starbound!

The phox are a race of humanoid foxes, new to the universal stage. Just prior to contact by the protectorate, the phox engaged in a cival war. It was a revolution, freeing the thirteen star-systems from the rule of the phox homeworld "Brixon."

The Phox mod adds:
A new race! The Phox, based off of Colonial America.
Custom outpost visitors!
A custom ship!
Custom scan descriptions for nearly everything.
A special addition to industrual and astro ships.
Phox tenants!
Phox villages! (However bad they are, they need to be worked on some more, but they do exist!) They can be found on any vanilla planet where villages normally spawn. They're very uncommon but are most frequent in snowy and forest planets.
Pirates! Yarrr! (Note though, these don't show up on Frackin Universe systems. I'm looking at a fix)
And More to come! I enjoy adding more, but as it is my first full mod, it goes a little slow

You will need a species extender of some sorts.

Current Notes: I don't really work on this anymore. Still use my dear old phox, just... not in Starbound!

With that being said, while I am not going to transfer this mod to anybody else, you are free to make your own patches for this mod, names, colors, whatever. Just add
"includes" : ["phox"]
in your mod's metadata and it will have access to all my content.
