Stats?
I think:
+50%melee resistance
+10%bullet resistance
+a critical attack by an enemy does 50% of the damage to him
-shield breaks after 4 hits by a melee weapon
-critical attacks by an emeny instantly break the shield
-charge does only 50% of the real damage to the enemy and the remaining 50% to you

-20% Knockback taken
+.5 Seconds of charge
+30% Resist against ire
+20% Resist against bullets

Also, sheilds don't have downsides. So I don't know why you included cons. ^ ^ ^

+30% Def contra arma branca
+10% Def contra balas
+25 Pontos de vida
+15% Dano com arma branca
Charge - Para de usar a mão esquerda para segurar a arma e usa para se def, reduz 50% de dano de balas e armas brancas e reduz 20% o dano de explosivos, mas reduz a velocidade de movimento em 15%. Dura 10s.
