either make it a tomislav reskin or add these stats.

+30% move speed while spun up
+40% firing speed
-50% accuracy
-10% damage

+20% movement speed and while reved up
+35% Faster rev up time
+10% Damage Bonus
-15% Firing speed
-50% Clip Size

Movement speed increases as clip empties (Less ammo less weight kind of thing)

Less ammo less weight is cool but, movement speed while reved makes no sense.

Stats(Even though this header is redundant, seeing as this is where stat suggestions go):

TL;DR New overheating mechanic

--- 25% increased move speed, even when it isn't being held, to account for the gun's presumably lighter frame

--- It has a faster firing rate, and does more damage overall (Valve can determine these values). However, it has a temperature bar, like the cleaner's carbine's 'Crikey' bar. The longer you fire it, the bar increases. When it fills, it makes the player unable to fire, switch weapons, or otherwise (Like they're getting burnt), and it won't stop firing until the bar has gone back to zero.

The reason I thought of these stats is because the model reminded me of a Vietnam War machine gun, which had a tendency to overheat, and when they did, the heat ignited the bullets, and caused them to fire uncontrollably until the soldiers cooled it down. Also, i'm sorry about the wall of text.

I was thinking, since the description does mention a exit wound.
Maybe it penetrates one target. Hitting two people if a person happens to be behind them. (Medic)

+1 target Penetration
-10% damage
-15% firing speed

Target penetration is a big upside to this, and would need some more balancing than what I presented.

If it makes it into game, just don't make it a tomislav reskin. :SBchicken:

Stats:
-Bullets come out of heavy's mouth the gun
-Gun makes a bang bang bang noise.
-Bullets hurt enemies
-Bullets do nothing to allies and pass through
-Firing to many bullets makes the gun shoot nothings.
Volve plz add these stats I feel they're very fitting for the theme of this gun.
