Suggestion
If possible, you should add chewing tobacco (dip), and snus, which would give a slightly higher joy effect, and have a higher addiction rate, that and it would take longer to manufacture.

An addition to that you need to dry the leaves first in a drying rack then make the chew. also making more per stack for the added benefits.

Something like that, I'd just like to see it added on. I think it would be pretty cool
