OMG I FOUND IT HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Within the tunnel system thing once you come across a grate that blocks off part of the tunnel, walk up to it and below it there is a bucket... Under the bucket is squidwards suicide note to his clarinet, and if you can't find it the note reads:

Dear Clarinet.

I have been sick and tired of

that greedy fat son of a crab. I
