Crafting recipe: Phlogistinator, Cow Mangler, Neon Annihilator, scrap metal

has a R.I.F.F meter (Rip in Flames, Forever). Kills with secondaries and melees fill the meter a third. Kills with primary fills the meter a ninth (essentially hitman's heatmaker logic). Meter can be used at any time (1 ninth full or completely full, doesn't matter, can be used). When used, you get a second for each ninth of the bar filled. All flames linger in place for 1 second, and mini-crits.

Downsides:
20% damage penalty on primary
20% increased damage taken while primary is firing (holding it out wont activate this, only activates while holding left mouse)
Airblast has 20% less power (in push force, still reflects as normal and extinguishes as normal).

ALL downsides are inactive while R.I.F.F is active.


This is legitimately thought out to make pyros less W+M1ey, gives players a reason to do stuff with their secondaries and melees, and gives them a reward for killing with secondaries and melees. But, once they use RIFF, their inner W+M1 pyro will show for shure.

Activating riff meter will perform the shred alert taunt giving pyro 8 seconds of loud rock music coming from him. Any enemy who goes too close( sound range is the same as the buff banner)
But all teammates get a speed boost and a full health buff( because the rock music is motivating and feels awesome so you move faster and get buffed to full health:)

No random crits

*anyone who goes too close will be stunned(like huntsman taunt)

*for 3 seconds
