Skulls
1: On the second floor of the first house on the left
2: On the catwalk in the storage building on the right
3: Inside the church, as soon as you walk into the library, check the back side of the bookcase on your right
4: In the graveyard inside one of the two tombs on the very left from where you enter
5: When you reach the part of the crypt where there's water, open the door on the left and check the hooks
6: Behind the tomb door after passing through the area with the sleeping bag & boxes of food
7: When you enter the office at the train station, open the first door on the left and check under the urinals
8: From Skull 7, walk down the hallway until you reach a dead end. Take the door on the left. Take the first door you see, then another door on the right. After the screamer, check the corners.
9: From Essence 3, leave the room and take the door on your left. Take the second door on the right. Walk past the metal doors and look in the corner of the room with the boxes.
10: After getting the crowbar, go back towards the train and go right until you see a door with a lock on the bottom. Break it open and climb onto the towers to find the last skull

Essences
1: Find the baby in the same house and floor as Skull 1 and bring it to the baby crib inside the large white house on the left side of the street
2: Before you enter the church, look for a string on the building. Pull it three times.
3: Right after Skull 5, look to the left and open a white rusty door. Get into the open prison cell and interact with the false prophet's head a few times
4: From Skull 7, walk down the hallway until you reach a dead end. Take the door on the left. Go right and go through the door by the fence, then through the door right by the vending machine. Pick up the book on the pentagram
5: In the area where you find Skull 10, look for seven body bags. Each of them has a head. Hit all of them with the crowbar
