Want him to be a NPC?
You have 3 options:

1) Go get the Easy Bonemerge tool, once you have it, spawn any human NPC, then merge Mark into the NPC and make it invisible.

2) Use the model manipulator tool on any human NPC.

3) Stop whining and make it by yourself.

That warning also goes for everyone else who's planning on commenting non-related sutff to the model. I preciate your support on that guy (I don't even know if you are refeering him or me, but i don't care neither), but it's not necessary at all to comment it. :platinum:

There should be like his voice also if u pop up like a ammniesa npc or somthing. or somthing fnaf

We only know how to make playermodels via LUA coding, so for the moment, what you are asking for, will be impossible.

Then just add Him Talking randomly when hes a citizen backing up?

Replacing what a normal citizend would exlcaim, like "Dr. Freeman, 'coming with you" for some Mark sentence?
