Apart from where Steam or Star Ruler 2's terms and conditions say otherwise, all my stuff here is under the WTFPL license. I'd like attribution if you do anything with my stuff, but I can live without it and won't enforce it if, for some reason, you don't feel like it.

That being said, most artwork is not covered under that license as it is almost always a derivative work of something else - the logo for the mod is CC-By-3.0 from game-icons.net, and the graphics in the mod are all kitbashed from Star Ruler 2 artwork and as such are (as far as I know) mostly the property of Blind Mind Studios.
