Yes head is weird. Maybe bring back the middle part between the two horns a bit so you can see the top eyes better?

Green areas on the tail and center could glow a bit maybe? Or have smoldering green gas coming from it as an effect would be cool, kind of like kunkka's ye old pipe smoke effect.

Arms on green area could have a green smoke or gas particle effect with it too. Not enough gas/particle effect or glowing effects on custom items.

Have a red sandstorm and red based ability icons

the head is very ugly , and is too orange , put some color more like the old sand king color,, is not a use if it seems a giant dire creeps , the old color is more beatifull and easy to recognize .... sorry for my bad english , i will change that skin anywya with normal sand king (on my pc) if u change it too much

the head is too big n make the whole body look so small (really not proportional i think).
you can either resize the head (make it smaller) or the leg n body (longer n wider)... sorry for my bad english
