This looks like it would be a medal to put on your player but maybe it could have special effects, for a secondary weapon or somting, like the boot legger, it can hold it but it gives stats, maybe it could be somthing like this, im gonna keep it theamed to the tomb raider feel so.. hope this doesn't sound bad

+10% player speed
+30% fire resistance on player
+20% melee resistance on player
speed decresses as player gets hurt, speed loss goes up -15% normal player speed
