Primordial Dwade:
Give a Protective Rune to 'The Fallen.'

Vessel of Hate:
Keep using Artificial God's Scan Ability on the Curse Wielder until they eventually awaken. [Their eyes should have black 'smoke' and a red pupil.]

Fully-Optimised Artificial God AKA Sys 2.9
Keep giving Artificial God Data Banks, or alternatively killing certain characters with Artificial God i.e., The Champion.

Rage Mode Artificial God:
Put an Anomaly Analyser and a Data Bank next to eachother, wait for the interaction to turn the Data Bank Red. Give this to the Artificial God when they're at System 2.9 [Fully-Optimised Artificial God].

The Shell Phase 1 & 2: (I call them phase 2 and 3 but Alibarda calls them phase 1 and 2)
Give the Shell a piece of Z'othra's Soul, it will then start rapidly gaining Energy. This is Phase 1. Once The Shell's Energy reaches 15,000; it goes into Phase 2, where it glows bright pink and has new abilities.

The Sightless, Traitor for Salvation:
Use The Sightless' ability to absorb people/give them pieces of Z'othra's flesh to reach 2000 energy, then give them a Piece of Z'othra's soul.

The Detective, Beyond Whisperer:
Place the Detective next to an Awakened The Enemy of Humanity. The Detective can be further upgraded through the following interactions: Tester + Both Phases of TEOH (TSE/TSO). (Fully Awk TEOH)

TSE (The Struggling Enemy)
Place an Awakened The Enemy of Humanity next to the Shell Phase 2.

TSO (The Shattered One)
Wait for TSE to fully charge, this should take around 1-2 minutes after a bunch of dialogue where they finally become fully awakened.

EXTRA FOR TSO:
If he copies the hover ability, he will gain a unique set of wings.
If he copies SKU (Spirit Killer User)'s Reverberating Punch, it will be red rather than blue. If he copies SKU's awakened ability, it will be a larger version of TSO rather than the Spirit Killer.

Tester, the Great Inventor:
Summon the Tester and the Great Machine. Activate Tester's ability and make them swap places with the Great Machine.

M.O.N.K Fission
Place Fission next to Artificial God and wait for the interaction.

Map - True Void
Use Awakened Sightless' (Traitor for Salvation) Awakened Ability on the Shell Phase 2, then attack him until his durability runs out and he creates a Black Hole. This will unlock the Map in the Map Menu. [[[IF THIS DOESN'T WORK, CHECK FAQ]]]

Ability - Empty Arena
The Empty Arena is an ability found in the power giver menu in the upperbody slot. It can be fused with a majority of abilities to create a 'domain' effect in which the fused ability will be applied repeatedly within the arena.

Secret Object - Dwad
Kill Z'othra with Primordial Dwade and you'll unlock Dwad in the spawner menu upon restart.

Secret Object - Small Pdwad/Mini Kitchen Tilin
Kill The Shattered One with any character (allegedly) and you'll unlock Small Pdwad upon restart.
