Ah found the issue, thanks for reporting it! I had a world event titled CormanthNotOK, but I forgot to actually change the values for it from those used for ScoutLeaderNotOK (so both were triggering when you beat the scout leader). Fixed it in today's patch, let me know if anything else comes up.
