It's a good first try, but the animations are very basic at best and the texture quality is quite low. The ward is in general just a dark color and in most of its animations the hat actually covers up the eye completely from in game view so that you can even see the ward and it blends into the background.. Try using sculpting a high poly model from which to bake the texture onto a the in game geometry, design with the in game view in mind and use the curve editor when making animations, try moving the different animation channels back and forward a few frames individually to rly get a fluid natural motion..

I honestly don't think that you'll see this ward in game soon..
