i shot all the cars with the ice staff but it only gives me a zombie blood at the mound ?

go through the fire teleporter and shoot the torches on the wall in order

One of them I interacted with and it disappeared, it was in Samantha's room
Then 4 lights showed up, one for each staff
There are two sparky lights on the ice portal, one inside fire portal and one right outside the wind portal
Wind light: right next to the wind portal (in Crazy Place, no need to enter the portal)
Fire light: enter the fire portal and go to the right, in the end right in front of a lavafall
Lightning light: enter the ice portal and go to the left, next to the dig spot
Ice light: enter the ice portal and go to the right, it's right next to a shovel

The lights are not hard to see at all but I don't know what to do with them. It looks like ever since I interacted with the first lights, the zombies are ignoring me completely.
