Possible Improvements
This map is very nice though I have found a some things that could be improved on like;

+There not actually being any navmesh for nextbots despite stating in the description that there is one. I would get a message saying they have no navmesh to navigate. (Tested with basic sanic nextbot and DrGBase npcs (Yakuza 0 and Pizza Tower Enemies addons))

+Additionally (not sure if intentional or not) The inner gate at the factory goes down into the ground instead of up like the main gate does.

+Anyone with captions on will constantly see Breen's captions from his tv in the forest part of the map, even if the tv is shot and broken

+The lift at the west side of the factory is hard to jump off of naturally being a moving physical prop in gmod

+While possible to bar the door at the garage, it is quite difficult to do so and seemingly impossible without a physgun which I'm not sure a physgun would be common use during a fight with guns (at least one with no prop killing)

+I do find the secret areas to be interesting but a bit out of the way with no way back to the main map without killbinding (unless there is a way I have not discovered) and it's quite difficult where to access the second half of the secret area if you don't know where to look in the first half.

+The security room's barricaded windows do not stop modded weapons like TFA (tested with Jmod's guns) or ARC9 guns (tested with the glock17 from EFT pack) from shooting through them but it stops the default Half-life weapons just fine

+Defender spawns could possibly have more places to spawn like in the more defendable parts of the factory, I could see defender spawns being easily camped by attackers where they are placed.

Thank you for a huge analysis of the map

- As for navmesh, I tested the nextbots on the map and everything worked well, maybe the latest update broke it a bit.

- You could tell which places to choose for spawn on the defense side which in your opinion are necessary

- As for the secret places, there is 1 secret location on the map from which you can get out and where you can get from the main location. Maybe I'll add more exits from similar places

- I didn't quite understand what kind of inner gate you said, there are no gates at the factory that goes down.

- You noticed an interesting detail about Breen, but I don't think anyone is playing with cuptions.

- I was counting on the fact that the garage doors can be barricaded with the help of JMod hands, or another similar SWEP

- I knew about the problems with the lift and the security room.. But I'm unlikely to do anything about it
