You can't, not until it's put into the game, though it probably won't

Like I said, you cant get any skins in the workshop.

The way you get skins is they may or may not drop for you. You play the game, and every once in a blue moon youll get a drop after the match. These can be skins or weapons crates, though theyre usually just cheap .05 skins.
