Quest storyline
Can it be like if you don't fallow certain quest story line you cant unlock NPCs?
1th quest not working in multiplayer.
1th Quest mega are to easy to kill, can it be like Russia map Pirate boss(strong with all abilities)?

Also Super-mega re-spawn can be like 30 min. So no grind of it.

That first idea is planned for the NPC update, there are two factions.
That's another game problem, I'll see what I can do.
It is the Pirate Boss.
