+200% damage
-50% clip size (2 rockets)
-rockets travel in an arch (Somwhere between a Loch-and-Load and a stock Grenade Launcher)
+500% damage
+100% blast radius
- 10 degres of rocket deviation
- rockets travel in an arch.
possible acheivment KAPOW!!!: blow up 5 enemies with the same rocket.
+20% blast radios (i know i spelled it not right leave me)
+15% projectile speed
projectile cant be deflected
Little bit op Dont you think, because you could one shot nearly everything
Sounds like a good idea but +200 would not get accepted because people would call it OP so how about +100% damage or if thats not good enough then probably +50% damage and maybe -10/20% slower projetile speed
Option 1:
I thought that since "steel" came into play I decided to give "heavy" stats for it.
Pro's:
Cannot be airblasted.
Critical hit if the rocket hits someone from a long range.
Con's:
No random critical hits.
-15% damage
-15% projectile speed.
This choice was originally going to be: Critical hit if the rocket hits someone from a long range, and -15% damage. But then i realized that was to basic and slightly overpowered. So I changed it to the stats above! This would be a very unique weapon to use, considering the projectile speed makes it harder to actually hit someone at a long range, but the rocket is unable to be airblasted! This would be a hard weapon to "get-good" at, but i believe it would be worth it!
Option 2:
Again, "steel" comes into play for these stats.
Pro's:
+40% damage.
Con's:
No random critical hits.
If airblasted, becomes a critical rocket.
+10% projectile speed if airblasted.
On a more personal note, I believe that this set of stats should have atleast one more pro, but +40% damage is quite alot. This weapon is an incredible damage output, but easily can be backfired. You and anyone around you are SURE to die (maybe not an overhealed heavy) if a pyro dares airblast this thing. The pyro could very well be brought down to 5 health with this thing if he misses the airblast. But imagine the destruction.
And last but not least:
Option 3:
I thought a bit differently into these stats and took "slayer" from the name into consideration.
Pro's:
+40% reload speed.
+10% projectile speed.
Con's:
-50% Clip size (2 rockets).
-50% ammo capacity (10 rockets).
-15% damage.
This is most likely my favorite option (maybe) and that is because of the strategies this weapon could have. Need to QUICKLY kill a heavy? These stats. Need to take out a sentry and it's engineer in 3 rockets? Before he can repair his sentry, and before his sentry destroys YOU? These stats.
You see, when you combine the reload and projectile speed, you could very well unleash buckets of damage and manage to get away quickly. The damage penalty slightly stands in your way, but to prevent you from completely spamming the weapon, I added the ammo reductions. This is a more of a hit-and-run weapon for soldiet, like the Beggars Bazooka.
Thats it! Please to reply as to what stat you chose or if you chose none of them! I respect any criticizem of any sort! Thanks for the fun!
-on hit: limits the framerate 15FPS and resolution to 640x480
-on kill: 50% chance to get disconnected from the game

Damaging/killing an enemy charges up a meter. When activated [MOUSE 2] it will give surrounding teammates a 20% speed and damage resistance bonus and nearby enemies a 40% firing and movement speed reduction. This buff will last for 12 seconds and takes 6 killed enemies [at minimum] to charge up completely. Although each time it is used it takes an extra enemy to kill for maximum charge...ness...
