Surprised nobody else has done this, tbh.

I've got one: If you have Repentence+'s Soiled Hearts, you can end up unlocking laxatives multiple times if you quit your game and play it later.

The red bomb item that gives 5 red bombs per floor will not work if you have 0 regular bombs

The issue is between starfall and external item descriptions
