are you sure about which addon exactly cause this? gta iv weapon models literally don't have any code and especially muzzleflashes.
UPD. ok it seems that there's an addon named ACXION, i'm not the one who was responsible for it's creation and honestly i didn't even know that it existed and used those weapon models as some sort of a base for models. That bug that you are talking about related to this addon, and to the models themselves, so if you want to help the creator, write about this error to him.
