Maps can generate none to a lot of lag. Just because it's a map doesn't mean it can't hit you hard. Seeing as this is an open map with probably a high skybox, it might not have many hint brushes or areaportals, meaning that it could be incredibly laggy.

either it's a gmod glitch or i'm missing some addons when playing on this map (unless it's gmod messing up)... other wise this map is great. I just wish the side of the buildings look better. not your fault though

Depends what kind of computer is using. Like when your computer is a potato, it could probably or obviously lag. If a rich computer, you can get good amount of Frame rates.
Another thing. Gmod 13 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the graphics, so the lag would be random. They are everywhere. GARRY FIX THIS
