This map is very asymmetric, in which works really well for what it is. However, a big factor that is causing this from me using this map is the lack of flow and a lack of movement.
To begin, the rooms a really generic and they give a sense of emptiness. The rooms don't have many props to fill those empty areas. If you possibly cut down the size of the rooms, maybe added a verity of scenery props that could fix that problem.
A bigger problem, is the map doesn't have any other paths. You have 3 paths: Restaurant/apartments, Police station, and the hotel. Although you have the ability to hold 30 players, you will run into the common issue of players fighting for the same areas. Also once you go to a building, you are almost forced to hold out in the building. Expand the map, and add more buildings/rooms. Also build more paths (maybe underground) to allow props to stand a chance.
This map looks in its alpha, but this should give you something to work on. Hammer on!
