How to move the rods to the transport connector?

Hi Aurora0. From the looks of the picture it appears that you have the release mode engaged. When the button is clicked it will constantly "blink" the Release command of the hardpoint that is part of the Sled Elevator. As a result it may appear to flick back but if you keep dragging on the handle you should be able to bring it forward to the lift arm.
