I'll start, PK Starstorm is blatantly overpowered. It's a risk free edge guarding tool, it burns for whatever reason, and even though it takes a while to recharge, using it pretty much gurantees taking a stock if your oponnent is off stage.

Nerf suggestion:
-Remove burn.
-Decrease knockback on the stars.

Either that or lessen the hit stun on contact with a star, so the oponnent has a chance to recover at lower percent.

Burn is still unnecessary.
