Overview:
Lmao, I did not know this character did so much knockback. So I tuned most of the ridiculous stuff down and gave her some new tools to play with!

Down Tilt:
-Decreased Knockback significantly

Forward Aerial:
~Altered the angle, the move now sends more downward (it was a semi spike before)
-Significantly Less Knockback
+Decreased startup on move

Down Aerial:
~Final Hit's Angle sends more downward, now being straight down, rather than down and to the right.
+Increased final hit duration
-Decreased the startup significantly

Neutral B: (Bomb)
-Nerfed Bomb knockback
-Nerfed Bomb cooldown to be even longer
+Buffed Bomb damage slightly

Side B: (Fire)
-Nerfed Fire knockback significantly
+Buffed Fire damage slightly
+Fire does significantly less self damage (20% -> 5%)

Down B: (Spring)
~Aerial and grounded versions of the move are now identical
-Down B has decreased knockback
+Down B always sends in the direction your facing now
+Down B is now hopefully less jank!
