Not too bad. You could add some lighting from the front because the faces are really dark and also give them different outfits to make the overall composition more interesting.

What happened with the model? The smoothing looks all wrong, where are the hard edges?

No, they all have hard edges and from the level of detail it looks like the LOD0 just with all edges smoothed.

I didn't even realize that, oops. I guess it's some sort of rigging issue when you zero it into the model, it just goes right to the center of the gun instead of where's its supposed to go.
