Something like -25% firering speed -10% Damage -15% Projectile Once hit drains health which fills a bar, when the bar is full, alt fire actives a nearby buff to allies

+Covers enemies with that thing and they cannot be healed for 5 seconds

Damage made fills up a bar which can be used to launch a splat that covers enemies who are in the radius. Covered enemies are marked to death. (sorry for typos, I'm bad at english)

Covered enemys are intoxicated taking damage over time and also slowed down for 5 seconds

+5% ubercharge rate

It also has an projectile arc
