No rubbish stats. It would make a fine skin for the Guillotine

Excellent reskin for the guilatine due to similar in air patterns. Trying to give a weapon that would fit so well as a reskin stats is not a great idea. And attempting to cop-out another class's weapon is pretty bad too.

this is an amzing idea for stats, love it

+10% speed
on hit bleeding for 5 seconds
crit on spys
-15 healt

or guys u know it can be a reskin of the guilatine just as so many other weapons been thats a start atleast ;)

Well there are already a couple Reskin mods for the Flying Guilotine (for example, Oddjob's hat)

It should just be a reskin for the guilatine.

Should just be a guillotine retex, like how The AWPer Hand and The Original have the same stats as their default counterparts.

I think 15-25% are better because then the scout would only have 100 hp?!
