Invisible Slings
Question: Downloaded the file from the link and installed it in SFM...
They end up being invisible.

What should I do to fix it?

The solution I've found was to download the Garry's Mod version and then use the gmad extractor, the models should be visible once you move them to your SFM folder.

Mod doesnt appear in the addons folder even if I see it on gmod
