I like this mod, it makes getting those Spark of Genius scientists for your research much, much easier and much less tedious. I would like to suggest a small change, though - on the selection for the traits, change the flavor text a little:

Governor:

- "We require someone from the lower echelons of society." - Agrarian Upbringing

- "Someone who is invested in functional architecture." - Architectural Interest

- "A governor versed in the intricacies of bureaucracy" - Bureaucrat

- "We need a veteran to lead our planets." - Army Veteran

- "Someone ruthless, unafraid to make sweeping changes to the landscape." - Environmental Engineer

- "One who does not tolerate anything from the slaves." - Iron Fist

- "A smart one." - Intellectual

- "An ex-navy officer would be best." - Retured Fleet Officer

- "Someone who tolerates no disorder." - Righteous

Scientist:

- "Show us the applicants from the Archaeology department." - Archaeologist

- "None of that stuffy, by the rules science." - Carefree

- "That one over there, with the proton emitter and the frog." - Maniacal

- "Someone who doesn't overlook the obvious." - Meticulous

- "We need someone cut from a different cloth, above the others." - Spark of Genius

- "Has anyone expressed interest in a ship assignment?" - Roamer

- "We have need of a specialist in x" - Expertise

- "Do you have anyone versed in our new AI technologies?" - Custom AI Assistant

- "Do you have anyone familiar with sapient AI?" - Sapient AI Assistant

Admiral:

- "Who's your most promising candidate with the simulators?" - Aggressive

- "We need someone who doesn't rush in and get our people killed." - Cautious

- "Any dual studies?" - Engineer

- "Someone who makes sure the ships are adequately managed." - Fleet Logistician

- "Our ships have engines, is there anyone who won't sit around during a battle?" - Gale Speed

- "Any promising candidates from the intelligence department?" - Scout

- "Is there anyone with more... unconventional tactics?" - Trickster

- "We need someone who won't run away at the first sign of danger." - Unyielding

General:

- "The Empire has no need for weaklings worried about the enemy." - Butcher

- "Our troops need to be able to rely on their supplies" - Army Logistician

- "Someone who will be respected." - Charismatic

- "We want a general that leads their people, not the other way around." - Glory Seeker

- "We wish to occupy their worlds, not bathe them in blood." - Restrained

Does this mod also take effect with special traits, such as Psychic or Brain Slug Host? For instance, with Mind over Matter unlocked, you can sometimes find leaders who have the Psychic trait already unlocked, and if you have Brain Slugs, those also only manifest sometimes.
