**General Rules**
- No stealing
- No base raiding/looting
- No loot cycling (Removing an item so another can spawn)
- If you can't reach an admin submit a support ticket on Discord

**Building Rules**
- 1 Base per player or group
- 4 Tents per player / If group, 1 additional tent per member
- 50 Walls per base including gates
- Must be 500m away from military bases/military loot
- Must be 500m away from all traders
- Must be 100m away from another player's base unless approved by them
- No more than 4 watchtowers per base
- Bases must be approved on Discord
- Illegal bases have 24 hours to get approved or relocated before opened to the public
- DO NOT build on roads
- DO NOT build in Police Stations, Fire Stations, or Gas Stations

**Vehicle Rules**
- 1 vehicle per person or total 2 per group
- Vehicles left at vehicle spawn will be deleted
- Vehicles left at trader parking lots will be deleted at end of each Friday
- Vehicles not parked by a base will be deleted at end of each Friday
- Always lock your vehicle
- Drive at your own risk. Vehicle issues are dealt differently per situation

Introduction
As a group of close friends, playing Dayz for years and on multiple modded and non modded servers we decided to create our own dedicated server. Inside our team we have Mr Planet, our main senior developer creating custom mods and tweaking together with Mr Gotcha all game files. What we want to achieve is a balanced PVP and PVE server were all types of players can enjoy the game. Still being survival and difficult. We worked full time for several weeks to clean out Dayz errors, setup all mods (fully configured), better spawned loot and customized the vanilla zombies. So they have out custom chance of loot drop. Below you can read our current setup. Raiding will be added soon for bases. (images and trailer added asap)

Dear Survivors,
This is a NEW server and the first players that will enter the Server and menage to build their base, will be granted the Roles as Survivors, considering the above mentioned Lore of the Server. They can do anything they want! Build bases, still cars etc. This means that until March, the slots will be on minimum number, until the OutHustlers come, meaning the other players, which of course, after surviving couple of days, will also become Survivors.

You must have in mind there is only ONE spawn position, because you are entering through the South-West border inside Chernarus, its 2021, and Chernarus is not like it was back in the beginning of the outbreak. A lot of things are changed, and danger is now behind every corner, literally. There is also a radiation, which you must find out where is coming from and what is causing it. Zombies have a deadly Virus, so one scratch, is enough for you to become like them, so if your blood is going down without any open wound - you will need a cure that was made by the Scientist in Chernarus on the black market. You can find it in the Hospitals, in many zombified medicine personnel, as well as in some Military Objects, you can buy it from the Trader, but you will need a lot of money for that.

You are spawning with basic supplies for trip - Vodka, Tetracycline, some Soda, bandage and a gun. Since you will meet a lot of mutated animals, mutated zombies, you can cut off their valuable parts and sell them to the Secret Trader. Secret Trader is hidden far North, he is hiding because he buys very rare and expensive things, which can make him easy target for Bandits and other Survivors. Some of the mutant animals parts can be also sold to the Trader in Kumyrna and Green Mountain.

Remember - The winter is long and harsh in Chernarus, you must keep yourself warm, you can also find grow cannabis that can make you a lot of money (also you can get very high so don't smoke too much), but be careful from the Bandits, that don't want competition on their market.Always keep some extra medicine in you. Dont forget the Radiation, you need to find out where it comes from and what causes it. Use the info from the Medical Channel so you learn how to control it. Stay safe and be careful not to be left out of ammo, out of food, out of water and out of Dayz.

• DayZ Expansion: Helicopters, more vehicles, and more weapons, all appropriately balanced as to augment, not replace vanilla equivalents. Additionally provides enhanced map functionality, but only for players with the map item itself so as to not trivialize early-game landnav.

• Traders: Balanced to facilitate the acquisition of base building and vehicle supplies as opposed to providing an easy venue to receive end-game loot. If you want the best in slot, you're still going to need to look (and fight) for it.

• Modular Vest System: A full accoutrement of various tactical clothing options with rebalanced spawn-rates to prevent it from drowning out its vanilla clothing analogues.

• Customized zombie distribution: Zombies are more abundant in high-loot locations, such as airfields and cities, and less prevalent in out of the way hamlets and small villages, providing proper risk vs. reward for zombie threats.

• PvZmod Spawn System: Used to spawn zombies dynamically around players, create static hordes, and even spawn rare wandering hordes in the countryside.

• PvZmod Customizable zombies: Used to rebalance zombie stats, making civilian zombies relative pushovers compared to the more deadly (but not unreasonably so) police and military zombies that populate high loot areas. They also carry valuable loot of their own.

• Stamina Tweaks: While stamina has not been removed outright, we have decreased the max-cap penalty imposed upon players for carrying a lot of weight in their inventory.
