How would you go about extracting a single model?

I wanted to get one of the models to use in a pac but this is way out of my league. Anyone have a guide for me?

What do you mean exactly? Extracting an asset from DX itself or this pack?

You can do it using GMA extractor from garrysmod/bin folder. Just drag and drop this pack's .gma on it
