If you still have the problem you have to open your addons folder and manually delete the addons gma. Search "gtav" and delete this planes pack and all 3 texture packs. They will be forced to reinstall and fetch the latest update ive pushed what feels like 100 times now.
Gmod doesnt like updating addons for people sometimes :L
