How to get mod without downloading through steam?
How do I get this mod as I don't have it downloaded on steam I bought it before it was on steam

It’s been almost a year, but just in case you’re still looking, here’s where I get my mods (same creators and codes as steam workshop, most can be found at one or all of these sites but there are some in workshop that I have not found, but that’s rare.
