FSZ - Faction Safe Zones ~Updated 12/23/19~

Crash in major update.
Keen obviously changed something to cause this to happen but here's the stack trace.

I know it's already reported... but providing just in-case.

also the safe zones are not disappearing.
I am requesting a 'remove all safe zones' command if possible.
