I propose to make a slash strike a weaker attack.
also, Bro, it's Tygan, not a Tiger-Lion hybrid ;) though as for the slash attack, while the arms might be weak, remember you've got about 15-20 feet of snake-coiled inertia behind the blade too (not to mention possibly Servos built into the armor as well) to power the swing.
Now for the bug report, I've opened the game and a message poped "Can't determine which mods were activated" (or something along those lines) - so I reactivated the mods and jumped back into my save file which was at a beginning of a mission. My Psi Op didn't hold his Vorpal Gatling Rifle and my Specialist didn't hold her Beam Gatling Rifle - they were weaponless.
I finished the mission and then I found out that all of my Vorpal Gatling Rifle & Beam Gatling Rifle completly disappeared from my inventory but my Vorpal Blade didn't and also my Armored Viper corpses.
If you need any more information I'll be happy to cooperate :)
Fun fact - when my Specialist "fired" while being weaponless the Riot Rounds still stunned an enemy.
