Missing features
I just wanna start off by saying that these sweps are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing and stay very true to the originals, but having played the original mod myself I've noticed a few things.

Smartlocks don't have their altfire lockon(basically built-in aimbot) ability.

Tesla rifle altfire doesn't allow you to control where the ball goes by moving your view around and it doesn't zap nearby enemies.

Boltgun bolts cannot be discharged mid-flight.

Grenade Launcher grenades cannot be primed to explode on contact.

The Katana only has it's medium class variant and not the faster swinging but weaker light class variant.

Rocket Launcher screen doesn't work, in Dystopia it tells you both how long until the weapon is reloaded and also showing you the perspective of the rocket in flight. The current workaround is pretty neat though but for some reason cannot hit certain npcs(tested it on the combine helicopter).

EMP and Frag grenades are supposed to start their countdown the moment you pull the pin, and Spider grenades are supposed to track enemies.

Will update this once I discover anything else out of place, but other than the above things you've done a very good job of porting these!

Also, a suggestion for the Katana: Allow it to block NPC melee attacks aswell within reason. Example: Stunstick/Crowbar, Zombie claws and Combine soldier bashes.

Some of these features are just not possible with the half life 2 engine.

Then how does the original mod which runs on the same half life 2 engine manage to pull it off?

Hm, I'd chalk these things up to either modding limitations or the author doesn't quite know how to do these types of features yet.
