No escape indicator during the finale?
Once you beat the double tank fight during the finale, there's no on screen cue, highlighted outline, directional arrow or some other form of indicator to show you where to go. I ended up dying because I had to look for where I was supposed to be escaping to and checked the wrong location twice and ran out of ammo. Where are you supposed to go to beat the finale?

Ran into the same thing today.
Train not arriving after second wave of tanks, not arriving after fourth wave of tanks (wiped the rest of my team fighting off that one), not arriving after me noclipping outside the map and waiting for five minutes, and still not arriving after I used admin system to force a rescue. Nothing

Do you guys have this mod installed, [Improved] Random Object Spawner (RNG)(BETA) [Link:https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2524562871]? Because I had to uninstall it as it was causing the same problems you guys were describing. Check to see if it was this mod. If you don't have this mod, then check and test any mod that you have that could be causing this problem.

I think I may have been using this at the time, this could be the cause

Cannot beat easily even you're on easy mode

I think I may have been using this at the time, this could be the cause
did it 2 times, one with it one without. The one without worked so it does seem to be the cause.
