More leader not most livened up sound and does not speak any more.

With just Berber/Dihya mods installed (and I've tried with different combinations of expansions enabled/disabled) when I found a city as her, there is no graphic displayed for the city. It also appears to affect the tribal huts as well as they are invisible too.
