Bug
When i use the mod all the AI dont use their political power to hire general staff or anything. They just use it to improve relation with other nation. I think it need to be fixed

i have the same thing happening to me, it gets boring when the ai doesn't use any of its political power and then runs out of manpower so all the wars just become a stand still. the same thing happens for the modern day mod version of chaos and i get bored of seeing all the countries at 0 manpower and i have over 1M. PLZ fix this, i love this mod but without using the political power it is useless to use this mod in your game.

Yeah, makes the game super easy when the enemies have 20% strength divisions due to lack of manpower

yes, please fix this bug. its been a problem for a very long time, and i cant use the mod because of it.

there was a fixed version on the workshop but its gone... is it still a problem?
