How to disable mod in game
To disable: enter this in console: sv_cheats 1
Once you do that the mod will lose most its effects.
As the rest of a game will be normal, no mod on.
Must Quit the game and then start it back up.
Then the mod will be up and running again.
You can do that with any script mod.

WARNING:
Never ever use sv_cheats 1 in any Official Servers.
You will get an instant ban, thats a VAC Ban.
I warned you! Only in Solo or Hosting a Local Server

Remember what I said about the Warning!

No you wont get a vac ban.
Because as long as your in Solo or hosting a Local Server.
You will never get a ban, in Official servers maybe yes!
